How can this game be explore friendly like Fallout 3

My opinion is, seeing as how Bethesda now own Fallout, they're free to do with that IP what they wish.

Nevermind the fact that RPG existed even before that,

As PnP, starting with some popular ones like Dungeon And Dragons

You're confusing role playing games with ''roll'' playing games. Just because a game's core mechanics are determined by random numbers doesn't mean you're role-playing. Similarly, just because a game has character progression or random numbers doesn't mean it's an ''RPG hybrid.''

Ummm...I bought the guide book... :read: ...It has a map telling you where every faction/monster territory is...I kinda used that...

*Runs away with hands covering his head*... :ahhh: ....

P.S. Put your XP points into the Explosives skill...Deathclaws vs. top of the line missile launcher with high explosive rounds...Much fun...
