Sufjan Sarethi, a Dunmer of house Redoran, born as the walls of Ald'ruhn folded to the Daedric army of Mehrunes Dagon. His house fled to the mainland in the wake of the oblivion crisis, and he grew up calling a Redoran stronghold home. He grew up in the traditional way of the Redoran prince, learning the ways of war so that one day he might defend the homeland of his ancestors.
Sadly, that day came far sooner than anticipated. Red year shook all of Morrowind, and what was to follow was a waking nightmare. The Argonian horde poured into Morrowind, and while Sufjan rallied his fellow Redoran in defense of the stronghold, they were broken back, and Sufjan was once again forced to flee.
Broken, believing himself to be the last Redoran prince, he went into exile in the forests o northern Cyrodiil. Living alone in the wilds, he meditated on the Tribune way, becoming skilled in Resoration and Conjuration.
It was the Great War that forced him back into contact with the outside world. His idyllic forest life was interrupted one day by an Aldmeri scouting party. He was forced to combat them, but As he emerged victorious, one of the Altmer fled, and he was declared a fugitive against the Thalmor. With no hope left in Cyrodiil, he fled in the only direction he could-north, to Skyrim.
