please show me where they say they are fixing the texture popping on 360, anywhere, ever........ youll never hear it out my mouth again.

Recently addressed via netvar, I believe.

1. With lag gone, and the graphics at least workable, Bot AI balance is now my greatest concern. (360). Please fix the ridiculous skill levels of enemy bots and make ours less.............[censored]. We can't all play online all the time - some of us are stuck with bots, and this needs fixed.

2. At least a dozen more maps.

3. CTF, Domination and other team-based/objective modes.

4. No TDM, no KDR - innovate, don't imitate.

It saddens me to know that the PC will be awash with cool mods, whereas us 360 types will only ever get what SD and Beth choose to give us. *sigh* if only I had thousands of pounds spare for a PC that'll run Brink on max and won't be obselete in 6 months time. *sigh*

The only real constructive thing I can suggest is that they actually fix the problems with the game. At the very least acknowledge that there are problems. This is all starting to remind me of STALKER. We waited months for them to fix the game with no response from the developer, and then they announce "good news! the sequel is for sale now!" I'm plenty happy for the free DLC, but it bothers me that its all "new maps, new abilities, shiny things!" without any "oh yeah and we'll fix the broken stuff too." I have the sinking feeling that in a few weeks we'll be complaining about the same stuff, just in new hats.

You have made my day. New hats indeed.

For anyone who hasn't heard here is what is in the new DLC pack.

Splash damage says -
"the Agents of Change DLC is just on the horizon, slated for release in June. The pack will bring new maps, abilities, character customization options and weapon attachments to Brink, while also raising the level cap to 24. Here's a full list of the DLC content:

New Maps

Founders' Tower – The revolution finally reaches the island's iconic spire and takes the battle for the Ark to dizzying heights.
Labs – Venture into the depths of the Ark’s original research and development laboratories, a submerged high-tech facility so far untouched by the civil war.

New Player Abilities

UAV – This stealthy and lethal device allows Operatives to automatically mark nearby enemies on their radar. For more explosive fun, they can even take direct control of the UAV and detonate it near unsuspecting foes.
Napalm Grenade – Soldiers can use this new grenade to cover an area in a sea of deadly flames.
Pyro Mine – Engineers can plant these mines and leave enemies in the epicenter of a massive napalm explosion.
Field Regen Unit – Medics can deploy these units to increase the health regeneration of any nearby teammates.
Tactical Scanner – This universal ability allows players to reveal the active buffs of their opponents, allowing them to pick off enemies more strategically.

New Weapon Attachments

Bayonets – Gain the edge in melee combat and cause extra damage with these deadly blades.
Weapon Shields – Take cover from enemy fire and prevent headshot bonus damage behind riot-style shields.

New Character Outfits

The Sad Punk – Add a touch of Steampunk to your Resistance character.
The Limey – Bring order to the Ark with this outfit inspired by traditional European police lawmen."

What do you think? No mention of lobbies or bug fixes though.

Yes, because one match in one game mode is clearly going to be conclusive.

Texture popping, maybe, because that's likely to be visibly improved, but you can't tell anything about matchmaking from that.

Especially when you consider the lack of playerbase on the 360. If nobody else is playing in the specific mode you happen to choose at the time, or nobody with a half-decent ping to you (which will also be heavily influenced by your internet connection - if it's crap, you need someone a lot closer to you if you want to have a playable game), then you're not going to see anyone online.

i'd like more weapons for lighter classes like a crossbow or something and a level that is right at the resistance headquarters and a level at sea like two giant boats (one resistance and one Security) hooked together with planks and things. id like some more melee weapons to sneak up on enemies and pistols. more shotguns too.

I guess they should have never developed it on 360 then. Oh wait but they wanted to make money, forgot that part.

So fix the GD product you sold us.

1. Levels - unsurprisingly we need more of them. Lots more if we are honest. Only 8 maps just doesn’t cut it. With other games offering twice that amount before DLC Brink has some catching up to do. I have no doubt that there are some more on the way but really we need at least twice the amount we have now at least. Playing the same 8 over and over is starting grain. Most players play online so this is the way to go rather than worry about adding extra story or cut scenes.

While we certainly could use new maps, what we really need is BETTER ones. Container City, I'm looking at your bull**** here. I mean, it's meant to be "the map", and it is, for all the wrong reasons, and there's plenty of other annoyances on other maps too. Part of it is the objective based gameplay's fault too, in a game that emphasizes teamwork and movement, it really svcks to have one team do just the teamwork(defenders) and the other one to do just the movement(attackers).

2. Weapons - There really isn’t enough variety between the weapons and while you can customise then it never feels that you have something unique or different. They are all basically guns after all. It would be great to see some other weapons make the grade. How about a flamethrower, an electricity gun that disrupts turrets, some melee weapons for close kills, a crossbow, a shield, a missile launcher or countless others (I’m sure we could get plenty of ideas on this). Player like to feel that there character is unique and while abilities help this weapons make all the difference.

No. Just no. Maybe some sort of on impact explosive launcher for heavies, maybe a wider variety of Rifles and Shotguns, but we really don't need any swords or lasers.

3. Abilities - Again no surprises but a few more would be nice. Having increased supplies or armour doesn’t really make you feel that you character is anything beyond the norm. It is unique abilities that make the difference. How about a clocking device for operatives, a bayonet charge for soldiers, deployable cover for engineers or the ability to pull downed players to cover for a safe revive for medics. The level cap at 20 is good idea as it stops you from creating mega characters who can just do it all but if you are going to make us specialise our characters then make it worthwhile. Oh and while I am on the subject a cap at 20 is good but please keep counting my XP score even if I get no new points for it. We all like to feel that we are still increasing our score.

Hard to disagree, 20 levels are enough to cover all the basics, and 24 will make it even easier. Any future updates should add abilities without adding levels.

4. Character appearance - Of course some new outfits and gear would be nice. The ability to choose custom colours would be nice too. The ability to add custom logos to the back clothes or badges to denote clans would be a nice touch. However what would be really great is if your appearance effected the game play. I’m thinking goggles to protect from flash bangs, boots that increase your speed or protect from a large fall, trousers with panels that increase you slide distance etc. You get the idea.

Not really something needed and a big NO to the second part.

6. Stats - Yes we have the stats website up and running but really it would be nice have some more in game stats especially on freeplay. Kills, accuracy, deaths and alike are must and it does feel that the use of the stats site has been used to fill this gap but really who wants to play a game and then go online to see how they did? We want instant results. Clearly the game does track this info since it appears on the stats site so lets bring it in-game. Leaderboards and likewise a must.

No. No. No.
