It's hard to go back to playing a different way isn't it?

I'm trying that out now but with 3 strength max in a build, no implant either ( at least thats the plan );
I may take weapon handling later on, the character I'm playing is meant to be a waster hippy chick from a tribe of free loving, pistol packing med heads.
Descended from the survivors of a make to army hospital, many of the perks are not suited so I need fillers apart from Black widow and Femme fatal.
I'm sure low strength does not have that much an impact on spread at high levels of skill, but I'm still only taking str 3 and under weapons unless I pop some drugs.

Actually the OP is kinda right, well thats if you can get the one shot head shot on every single person in the game. If your lucky enough to get that then your golden.
