Does anyone else feel this? Even in the very beginning where Old Pete told me in Goodsprings about Caesar's Legion I was determined my guy was going to be a fanatic towards Caesar. Well, 21 levels later, this is getting a little rediculous. I have come across two, TWO Caesar's legion quest, one where I went to Mojave Outpost and told everyone about the Legion and one where I slaughtered an entire CAMP of NCR, and after doing that I'm still neutral with the Legion. Of course, there are at the very least 10 heavily populated camps and hubs, and at the very least 30 quests. They control the vast majority of the map, and there are likely hundreds and hundreds of NCR NPC's to maybe dozens of Legion ones. However, throughout the game, it is well established that the Legion is a massive looming force threatening to dominate everyone in their paths, and it was established way before the game was released that the two primary factions were the New California Republic and Caesar's Legion. This is entirely like what Bethesda did in Fallout 3, which is when the vast majority of quests associated with the Brotherhood and you were even forced to help them to compel the main quest, and only at the very end are you allowed to actually help the Enclave.
Unless Obsidian somehow manages to bring about a whole wave of Legion quests, I'm honestly really disappointed towards the bias of this game, and it's really the only thing I can't overcome in this game. I am just hoping a mod comes along (like what had to be done in Fallout 3 for the Enclave) that allows me much more freedom to actually choose a side in a war that is one of the biggest aspects of the game.
