The only NPC I've gone out of my way to kill because they annoyed me was Heimskr. Nazeem is annoying, but only when you walk up to him. Heimskr, though, just won't shut up! I have nothing against what he's saying, I just wish he'd take a break once in a while.

Well, not counting Thalmor patrols. That one's just a matter of principle.

I pretty much want to kill all the npcs that talk to me on the way up to the dragons reach in whiterun, especially the blacksmith at the front gate who's name escapes me at the moment.

The little girl in Whiterun that continues to walk up to me and states "I'm not afraid of you" I think after reading this, tonight I will walk up to her, throw a good storm call shout and follow her around a while. Also just about all NPC's in Riften

I once straight up lost it and slaughtered Whiterun cause their repetitive dialog drove me to insanity.
Sadly half of them were marked as essential so I was forced to reload an earlier save or spend eternity being chased by immortals.

The idiot Battleborn guy in Whiterun that says to me "I should bash your face in for what you did!" And I've done nothing to him! I sneaked in his house once and slit his throat one day. XD

Cicero, i hate his voice, clothes, dancing... well yeah, only thing i don't hate about him is the fact that hes a jester.

Every single NPC that the Stephen Russell voiced, including; Belethor, Barbas, Clavicus Vile, Mercer Frey, Cynric Endell, and Mallus Maccius
I would rather listen to nails on a chalk board, which is sad because I cannot enjoy any of those NPC's roles in this game. I am approaching 400 hours logged and I dont think I have ever been able to stomach listening to an entire conversation with any of those NPC's

Almost every kid in the game. It's like Bethesda knows we can't kill them so they make them as obnoxious as possible to rub it in our faces. Lucky PC players get to mod it in. I would use that and kill every one of the irritating brats but for now I'm on the 360 and have to put up with them. Man they are annoying!

Arghhh if she says to me one more time about being pretty enough, but to stay away from her husband, I am going to do unto her what Ulfric did to the former High King.

I decided that I would get rid of her and ended up with a bloodbath on my hands (I think I will have to do that again in the daytime to get a better screenshot)
