Most annoying NPC that you kill (or want to kill)

Post » Sun Jun 10, 2012 3:18 am

What is the most annoying character that you encounter that is just begging for a shiv in the back? they can also be 'essential' characters, (especially if you have the PC version, which allows you to turn off their protection)

Since I started this topic, I'll go first.

Nazeem! He deserves everything that happens to him because of his arrogance, so I hid and shot a Fury spell at him and let the rest write itself.

I also hunted down that noble who rides on horseback; I just tried to be friendly, being dragonborn, Thane of all 9 holds, leader of the companions, arch mage of the college and Leget of the Imperial's; I spoke to his guard, who's also an imperial who said hello, then I said hello to the noble and he responded "I have nothing to say to you, now move along before I order my guards to attack". Uh...I just said hello, you dumb ####! I did NOT say "Gimme ya money!"

Anyhow, I did not like that one-little-bit! so I...well, let's just say that his soul is now trapped in a crystal, that I then threw off the waterfall and into the rapids below! Dont worry, I'm sure someone may find it, and if they don't, Akatosh may free him at the end of time.

I would just prefer a permanent Mute spell that you could cast on certain npcs to stop them saying their line over and over again.

Yes, Mils, I know you're the cook at Candlehearth hall. You don't have to remind me everytime I pass you on the way to the Windhelm market.

Cicerro. He's like the Jar Jar Binks of gd Skyrim. He's lucky he survived the first meeting. Wasn't so lucky shortly there after.

I feel that way about Lydia, sometimes.

"I was born to carry your burden," but I just want to check and see what level your armor is, or if that enchanted bow needs a new soul gem, sigh.

Sigurd! and guess what? I did exactly that a while ago... Hes the most annoying NPC ever. Tired of his same ole line "I work for Belethor, at the general goods store."

I want to take Elenwen's head, in a bag, to Tullius, and dump it on his map. "Now you know where we all stand, I'll quite happily support you in this war, for my reasons, not yours."

The Vigilant of Stendar in Markarth. I don't want to do your dang quest ( not with this char anyway) quite stopping me.

Nazeem, I did kill him once as a werewolf, bummer I didn't make it outa town.

"I don't care if you're best buddies with the Guild Master, I'll still smash in your skull if you try anything''.
I AM the Guild Master, Dirge, and I will smash your skull if you don't shut up, remember you're not immortal.

Also, I kill Heimskr quite a lot. But nobody cares since I'm a Thane he's freaking annoying.

Braith and Mila Valentia.

Though for some reason, I made a new character last night and when I got to Whiterun, Mila was already lying dead in the spot where she normally stands behind her mothers stall in Whiterun center.

It appears to me that Nazeem doesn't get any lovings around here. Let me see if I can send him off to sovngarde as well to join with Sigurd.

I never want to kill anyone because they`re annoying. Sorry, I know some take great pleasure in say they want to kill (or do kill) an annoying person, but I never do.

My character ethos is no one deserves to die just because they`re annoying.

That said, if given the option to punch him to make him go away, I`m not above doing that. I did that in BG2 when an annoying person wouldn`t go away.

Nazeem, followed by Heimskr. It's quite funny that being the Thane makes the guard overlook one kill (almost as if Bethesda intended the players to kill those fellows). I just slit Heimskr's throat, tell the guards I'm the Thane, and everyone goes on about their business as if nothing's happened. That's just so unintentionally funny :P
Oh, sneak-casting fury on Heimskr is fun too. And he's also quite near the place when you become a werewolf for the first time :P
