I would have loved to be able to buy out a casino and run it the way your character sees fit, and then be able to buy upgrades to the casino to make it more popular

The gun runners ran me broke! My 50k caps went into 7k after buying ammo.
Not to mention someone in camp McCarran stole all my money because he had a TON of 308. ammo.
