No one famous just a cute girl

Tony Jay was in the original Fallout, Planescape: Torment, Icewind Dale, BG: Dark Alliance and a load of other games.

I always liked him as the voice of the Supreme Being's manifestation in Time Bandits.

Well, I don't really keep up with the Mainstream period, I just kind of live in my own bubble, but all the 'famous' people that the forum got excited over were great actors. They really did well to add uniqueness to their characters. (I really, obviously, liked Mr. House's voicing by Rene Aberjonois. I can see why people got giddy at his name)

Rene Aberjonois was brillent as Mr House it felt like he had a fair bit Odo left in him.

I'm so happy that I saw this topic happen. Not because I agree with the troll, but because I got to see a big name from a Game's development team call someone a troll! :vaultboy:

Sorry, I created a account just so I could scream at bethesda. LOL Might stick around but who knows.

Come on bethesda, You had Patrick Stewart do Oblivion.
I'm sure you probly had other famous people do other video games. BUT........
Now you just find some cute girl who isnt famous in any way named Veronica Ann Belmont.
I know she is the co-host of the Revision3 show Tekzilla alongside Patrick Norton, and host of the monthly PlayStation 3-based video on demand program Qore.
she was the host for the Mahalo Daily podcast and a producer and associate editor for CNET Networks, Inc. where she produced, engineered, and co-hosted the podcast Buzz Out Loud.
But that doesnt make her a Patrick Stewart or any other famous person. She does have a cute voice but.

Cant you guys pick some other hot more sixy voice actress to do the voice's in Old World Blues.
I am sure she is trying to work her way up but that fact is that you guys are the morons who laid some peeps off.
Didnt you get any more money to afford some one better.

You ever heard of Felicia Day? Awesome actress if frackin love the guild but I have to concede that she's not the most famous and she got into FNV fine and FNV doesn't need anymore famous folk, they have Matthew Perry, um the dude who play Mr.New Vegas is a famous dude( Someone help me out here) so boom, there's three-ish two if you're picky, so in short Please continue, my good sir. big names are important to me too but they aren't everything
Also:
They also have Toby Turner who is a kinda funny dude, If thats the person I am thinking of.

I know for a fact they don't Toby Turner himself confirmed it in his Vlogs, or it's another Toby Turner http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_un8yF6NRo&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL

It's all relative.

I think we had some
pretty big names in FNV, but I freely admit to not viewing the same things as mainstream America. I mean, to me, getting Fred Tatasciore was freaking amazing.

-----

I miss Tony Jay.
Such an amazing voice on that guy.

Fred is a Legend in the VO world I'm Glad to have heard him in game.

-----

Same here. such a great voice and such a diverse body of work

I love voice actors,
Tony Jay, Fred Tatasciore, John DiMaggio, Stephen Blum, and Spike Spencer, Mark Hamill, Alyson Court, Amanda Winn Lee, K.T. Vogt,

it just seems like theres so much more freedom to voice work than in regular Tv/Movie/Stage acting.

I'd Love to get in to V/O work My self but Sadly I have No Idea where to start :P

That wasn't Jim Cummings' Robotnik. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUa8DLg1TCE was Jim Cummings' Robotnik.

Jim Cummings' voice is made for villain roles.

I think it's a ridiculous waste of money to spend big cash on a famous actor to do voice overs.

Have you ever heard her do any voice acting before? No? Then how do you know she wont be good at it?

And I dont care if her face looks like it was lit on fire and put out with a baseball bat as long as she's good at voicing her characters.

Hi all, i'm new here and looking forwad to the new dlc as soon as my xbox power supply gets fixed but in the meantime i totally agree with talent not celebrity status being he important bit for voice acting after all would you let jordan in cos shes famous? naaahh...
Fable 3 sort of cocked up there a bit ,in 2 stephen fry was good as reaver but bringing him back was a bit of over kill then they totally blew it with johnathon ross' cameo

having said that mathew perry as benny was a good choice i liked chandler in freinds but perry really wanted me to kill benny...slowly.

A bit off topic, Time Bandits one of the funnest movies I've ever seen, man so that's where you guys get your humor from!

Who cares if the voice actor is famous or not, as long as they do a good job is all that matters to me.

Fun idea!

Have Jon St. John voice a fictional pre-war badass hero in a hollow tape in the DLC "Old World Blues".

That would be pretty cool lol
