I'd rather NOT have bigname famous actors, because I have a hard time seperating them from the character. "Ordinary" people make the game far more realistic, as long as they can pull of which every character they are down for. (I realise big names on the flyposter are a draw for some people, but honestly I'm not bothered)

But for everyone else, I'd rather 100 different voice actors than 10 big name ones. Too much repetition in the game (if you look at the credits, one guy does like 10 characters. He's good, but not THAT good. You notice it)

I've never heard of Felicia Day before NV, but she's one of my favourite voice actors in Fallout now. Have actually never heard of Veronica Belmont as well, but I just saw one of her videos and she seems great.


Of course we all agree Morgan Freeman, Anthony Hopkins, Scarlett Johansson and Casey Affleck should be voice actors in NV, but this girl seems great as well. It's kind of odd to criticize her before hearing the result.

I would like to express my opinion but the OP is so strikingly superficial that i can't even begin to address it. So i'll just try to balance it out with saying that i think the voice actors for New Vegas are great, they did an excellent job and as a side note, Felicia Day is super cute.

Mr.Sloppy (that's what I'm calling you) the world of videogame voice acting is usually not the realm of very famous people. Some actors have alias when doing other projects and the like. Hollywood actors to perform voice roles is just there to draw people in who ago "OH MY GOD THIS PERSON IS IN IT! I'MMA BUY IT" and usually only voice one role. When they could of easily hired five other people with the same amount of money it took to hire one famous person.

While I will agree the world of videogames could use more Patrick Stewart, this is true but he was also extremely wasted in Oblivion. He voiced a very short role where I would of liked him to be around the entire game because it's Patrick [censored] Stewart.

Plus lets put it this way, weather the voice actor is ugly or not the likelihood of you ever getting close to them and even much less of a chance to perform coitus with them is very low indeed. So what I'm trying to say is, who gives a crap rather the chick in the videogame with a hot sounding voice looks like a dog or not? Not like you are ever, ever getting any of that pal.
