The fact of the matter is, at the end of the day the game was knowingly released in an unfinished state. The patch just after release proves this as it would have apparently taken weeks for certification.
I've yet to see any sort of apology or acceptance of wrongdoing by Obsidian/Bethesda, and don't expect to.
I'm currently waiting on a game fixing patch that was supposedly being sent for certification on the 5th November, but learned on the 19th November that they were still working on the final touches.
The announcement of the 800 MSP DLC while we wait for the release of said game fixing patch is a further insult to those who have paid good money for a faulty product. The use of the phrase "as the victim of a raw deal" is the cherry on the insult sundae.
This is not how you treat valued customers. Not at all.
