its a little off topic but the chunky controls in the first 3 resident evil games are what made them so awesome

having a character that moved like a tank and the camera angles that would sometimes not be in your favor all added to the tension imo.
and totally agree about EA recently they seem to try make a game that appeals to as many people as possible and just end up making something no one likes
