If i had the ability to summon two nearly invincible creatures(dremora lords) then i would make it pretty far.
Otherwise no.

I would have died from a panic attack either when you are about to get decapitated in the beginning or when the dragon comes and tries to kill you a few seconds after that.

I would first survive Helgan by means you don't need to know, then go find a giant, and proceed to die due to the lack of oxygen in outer space.

Assuming I survived the jump to the inn in Helgen, I'd try to get to the mages college and devote my time to creating a spell called "cure knee", and make a fortune selling it to town guards. Without all the arrow shrapnel in their knees the guards should be able to handle the dragons on their own.

well let see whiterun be easy trip 4 me but riverwood more my style so id probably end up hunting around riverwood and trading in whiterun bow would be my weapon id put faredal out of a job

I'd do everything in my power to reach the nearest nord mead hall,and there my adventuring days would endeth.

Assuming we are instantly teleported from our computer into the world of Skyrim right now (having no training whatsoever), and we are on the cart to Helgen, I'd probably try to do what Lokir did...or I'd run to the keep during the dragon attack and cower there until Alduin left.
Otherwise I'd follow Ulfric to Windhelm or Tullius to Solitude (assuming they got there with their soldiers with minimal problems).

If this is us in real life yet with the skills and knowledge of one living in Skyrim, I'd make it out of Helgen (thanks to Hadvar fighting the stormcloaks, spiders, and bear) and I'd run to Riverwood. I'd do the Sven/Faendal/Camilla love triangle and have a follower (and friend), then I'd use them to get myself safetly to Whiterun, where I would catch a cart to Riften, and join the Thieves Guild, thus hidding in the Ragged Flagon (one of the safest spots in Skyrim) where I'd be able to live in peace away from the threat of dragons and other nasties.

If I couldn't join the Thieves Guild, I'd make a living selling various plants and fish that I find just outside Riften, and stay in the Bee and Barb Tavern or the Bunkhouse.
No matter what, I'd avoid any form of combat or adventure as that would be the instant death of me.

Well if i somehow didn't die in that attack i would probably get my ass to riverwood and become a smith, maybe head to whiterun and learn some magic from the jarl's wizard. no way in hell im gonna take a carriage across the whole damn province just to learn some magic. I saw those destroyed wagens with those refugees all around. ill take what he can teach me, maybe become his apprentice. Oh and if we can choose our race, i'd be one of the elves, maybe a dark elf, just for the longevity so i can safely stick in whiterun til i learn all i can about magic and smithing and then maybe fighting from the companions. Then and only then would i maybe, just maybe head out to the College or something. The worlds dangerous, you cant go out half cocked.
