Why we DON'T need Acrobatics in Skyrim, and other things.

I did so much lockpicking in Fallout that I can pick a master lock in Skyrim without any perks at all. The lockpicking tree is almost totally useless for me. I wish they had made a brand new mini-game for lockpicking instead of copying the one out of Fallout. :/

Acrobatics I could take or leave. I remember jumping a lot in Oblivion but I just did it so I could hop on rocks and get away from trolls.

Just because acrobatics was messed up in previous titles doesn't mean it has no purpose.

Think for goodness sake:
- climbing steep surfaces
- falling from higher heights
- dodging and performing combat stunts - kicks/tricks and so on...
- wallflipping/wallrunning for example
- perhaps perks for a chance to dodge incoming fire (arrows/magic)

Certainly a whole lot more useful than the current lockpicking perks.

you cant control your own thumb slapping against the spacebar...
I agree with all your points, but for reals, if you had played WoW for 4+ years like some of us, you'd understand why we can't help but jump constantly. It's pretty much ingrained in my DNA now. :swear:
