Gold disapearing from inventory menu

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 6:44 am

If you're still interested in gold glitch.... http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1348326-help-with-gold-not-showing-in-inventory/page__fromsearch__1 There are some things in here to try to get your gold showing again... ... and by the way.... I did get dialog dropped from my choice eventually and had to stop playing that character.

It was an interesting reading... WOW, I'm so surprised that this glitch is SO widespread across all platforms!

Unfortunately, nothing has worked for me. As someone said in the other Topic: "it affects all past, present and FUTURE saves".

Steam did not reply to my submitted query, nor do I expect them to do.

Skyrim will gather dust, as it can not be continued.

I'm sorry for all who encountered this bug... I know it too well.

Looking on the bright side: I'll be able to do other things in my daily life that I wasn't able to do playing Skyrim. And that can not be BAD!

Goodby, Bethesda. It's been a pleasure for so many years...

MW is still a GREAT game. I'm still playing it too. AND Oblivion. Is there a problem for you with Oblivion?

I started Oblivion several times. It's just too... sweet? (for the lack of a better word)

Ah. Well, it's less "nasty" than Skyrim, true, but I find it absorbing (as long as I don't have to mess with the stupid Gates....)

You're right. Once you open the gates, Oblivion becomes... well, evil looking.

If it was only a few gates, I wouldn't mind that. But damn. Once you initiate the MQ, every time you turn around there's a gate biting your backside. No thanks.

It's absolutely off topic now (and I will not continue since that topic remains unresolved and thus becomes obsolete).

But... I remember the first time I played Morrowind and found myself in the middle of Red Mountain storm facing the wind... I could actually taste the dirt on my lips looking at the screen... that was the most unbelievable experience I had in any game to date!
For that I'm thankful to Bethesda, it's unforgettable.

I was meaning that Beth has fora still active for the older games.... http://www.gamesas.com/forum/86-iii-morrowind/and http://www.gamesas.com/forum/87-iv-oblivion/

And I was happy to provide at least moral support - I only wish I could have been more REAL help!
