Dawnguard Beta - Thread #11

Post » Sat Jun 16, 2012 2:40 am

If I get in, I do plan on spoiling it for a lot of people, but that's because I'm a dike. What I won't be doing is taking pictures, videos, etc. If Bethesda expect me to swear a blood oath to be silent about it... well, that to me seems more than a little silly. E3 Hype Train went of the rails and killed millions - but the Dawnguard hype train can still be salvaged.

Might wanna read your NDA terms :)

for clarification, i did mean the free riders. The ones who come in thinking it's going to be early free gift. I know what a beta is people...

EDIT: its just funny to read some of the comments people write thats all.

It's a win win situation. we test it for them and report bugs and we get to keep the beta as a thank you. Don't see anything wrong with that. As long as those of us that get the beta take the time to help Bethsda out and report any problems.

As long as I'm not constantly falling through the floor, I'm all for the beta. Let's just hope for those Tuesday codes.

Well then stop giving people room for doubt of your knowledge.

Explain your statements thoroughly and all will be remedied.

I'm just gonna go cry in the corner like all the PS3 users who Bethesda doesn't appreciate....

Its not that they dont from what I understood its hard to release updates for ps3 because something to do with sony I dont remember the whole story but it was like when Mass Effect 3 wasn't doing the weekly challages for ps3 because sony takes their sweet time on approving things to be released. Now the whole DLC part was just MS paying a lot of money so us xbox users got it first lol

I wonder how it will intergrate into the main game, will it just start as a normal quest and branch out once you take it? or will you travel there? hmmmm

All we know is it's a rumor that you investigate at first.

Probably like how Oblivion did it with DLC, once you have Dawnguard, you'll load up your save file and the quest will automatically be in your journal.
