they couldnt have been sent out on sunday due to beth bein closed on sundays however i follow beth on twitter and we should be getting the codes this week. here is your proof, check it if you want

Other games often give out beta codes before you can use them. They might still send them just you will be unable to use them straight away.

tuesday is the best bet. UNLESS they have the beta Hidden so as to have a surprise or maybe locked away to attempt to keep lil hackers from tryin to hack the codes for it early

it's already been speculated that the beta was uploaded same time as version 1.6 was.

I'd say they'll give out an email later today informing recipients that they will be able to play the beta tomorrow when LIVE updates. It seems distasteful to send the email so early in the morning at the last minute.

I agree with this.

Also why would they wait till the same day the beta would come out to give out codes. Only makes sence to give them out a day early incase they have a problem sending them it would give them time to fix an issue.

What?...No. I can't see that at all. The update was only a few minutes. I would think the DLC would take a good 15-20 if not more.

You apply update to game, in-game.
You purchase DLC and download it to apply to game.

Hence code for a download before everyone else.

Also, they could have uploaded it to the marketplace. It wouldnt download along with the update... Microsoft has to get the download ready before we can get it.

Who knows? Maybe we'll get the codes later on today, maybe even later in the afternoon, which I find to be very unlikely

One would think they would want to avoid all the hysteria that would ensue if they say they sent out the codes last minute and noone got them because of an error in the code delivery system
