A better storage system.

ok sounds like some people in germany seem to think its like the Global banks in mmos or the magic box in Diablo II (at least in theory that made sence, it was traveling with you to each location)'

Personaly Im hoping its just the "new Mailbox" that doesnt do anything, or its realy just a way to "mail" all that crap you loot to your house or choice of which house if you have more than one. (if nothing else it would cut down on all the fast travel back and forth when I have a literal ton of loot at a location)

I could live with a mailbox that sends items to one specific location, be it your house or a mail pickup location in town. Putting stuff in and having it accessible from ANY other mailbox would not be acceptable to me, so I won't use it if it's like that.

A Temporal Displacement Storage System? That would be too much suspension of disbelief for me.

I actually like having to pick and choose what I travel with. The move towards large honkin SUVs has spoiled us in that now we can bring the entire contents of our houses with us when we travel, now we want that in games too.

LMFAO. O that is good. We are lazy in life, now we are lazy when it comes to playing video games. :lmao:

If it was an option I wouldn't use it, kinda takes away some immersion.

Gotta not sign this. The only thing this system gets around is the lack of fast travel in hardcoe mode. Part of the difficulty of hardcoe should be working out your own supply / storage system in a non-fast travel game. If you want quick and easy storage, just fast travel to get it.

Diablo II had very limited storage available to you and the loot chest that appeared in every Chapter town was actually the same chest you brought with you (just placed at a central location within the Chatper you were currently in). It made sense within the game.

A magic transport chest in the Fallout Universe makes NO sense at all. There are TONS of places to store your stuff and most of them are accessable from a simple fast travel click away. If you want it easier than that, maybe you should consider a nice FPS game where you don't have to manage an actual inventory.

No, [I think] he means to have a magic box in every town that has everything ever put in any of them accessible from any of them... I think its a terrible idea myself.

this is exactly what he means, he wants a storage box that if i put a shotgun in it in new vegas, i ca take the shot gun out at the linked box at the dinosaur place or hoover dam.
