That's not a glitch. He will onlt sell it to you once you have done a certain quest for him. And that quest doesn't become available until you reach a certain level(level 20 i think)

#2 is apparently addressed in 1.5:
  • Arrows and other projectiles that were stuck in objects in the world now clean up properly
I'd like to see the nirnroot glow addressed myself, its one of the biggest issues I think causing problems for people.

Ya know, the first time I read that in the patch list I was stoked they were finally addressing this issue. But then the "stuck in objects" part kept gnawing at me. Most of the non-cleanup items I've encountered aren't stuck in anything, nor was there anything in the immediate environment for them to have been stuck to. Not to mention it only says "arrows and other projectiles" ... what about weapons and shields?

Unless you've seen some info from the pc crowd addressing this particular fix, I guess we'll have to reserve judgement until after 1.5 is out for us to determine whether it's fixing the issue as a whole, or just a small slice of it.

objects are the 3d models in the scene... i.e. land, houses, rocks, etc. usually referring to the non-animate objects in the scene.

im guessing your referring to skills and not physical size? physical size hits them as well as the pc off and on... my character below is almost as tall as a child now, a little taller... she keeps shrinking lol... doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for it that i've found, there has to be something thats triggering it though.

I'm confused ... what kind of objects did you think I meant? I suppose those weapons/shields/arrows laying in open, flat terrain could be "stuck" in the ground (even though they start off laying horizontally) and, if so, that'd explain most of the non-cleanup. But somehow I suspect that's not the case.

Maybe they discovered those pretty auroras were subjecting the ground to a negative magnetic charge but they'd coded all the weapons/shields/arrows to be postitively charged. :D

I'm at level 52 and I can't advance the main quest. I've never gotten "A Cornered Rat" and some research online points to the fact that I've accidentally killed Dirge in the Ragged Flagon prior to completing "Diplomatic Immunity." No one is really sure if this is true, it seems, but I found an entire page on an Xbox 360 forum of people complaining about how they can't advance in the main storyline and how many dozens of hours they have invested in this game. I can't post a link to it (this forum won't let me)

PLEASE FIX THIS!

Indeed, though I've heard that you can use Wabbajack to fix most followers. I've also heard that essential followers, like Mjoll the Lioness, cannot be fixed on consoles using Wabbajack because it will never change their form, only doing damage.

So if you want to use Mjoll at her best (level 40 I believe), apparently you would have to wait until your character was level 40 or higher before visiting Riften. Very lame.

communication error, guessing i thought u meant something else.

stuck in rocks and walls, thats pretty self explainatory... far as the ground...

if you leave the area where the arrows are, and come back to it (loading different cells, i.e. fast traveling) you'll find those arrows are no longer laying flat on the ground, rather their stuck strait up and down in the ground, as if someone 'stuck' them there rather then them being cleaned up when you leave the area.

weapons and sheilds, non-projectiles haven't been addressed fully, so you'll still end up with items laying about far as they go, but that generally only happens when you discard them or the person you were attacking was flung backwards.

Bugged perks such as Shield Charge, the Sprinting Power attack and tower of strength (which does absolutely nothing). Its crazy how new perks will be most likely featured in Dlc somewhere, but theres a chance some of them will be broken. Fix the fundamental stuff

I'd like to see:
1) The Erik character fixed for marriage
2) Fix the issue that causes the NPCs to run backwards and then walk forward.

No its not addressed completely, its only the arrows and it does not effect the shields the weapons or the bound arrows I asked Gstaff about it specifically.

I'd like to see the following issues fixed (sorted by relevance):

1. The bloated savefile issue.

2. Respawn (of enemies and incrediences) not working correctly.

3. The nirnroot glow affecting performance.

4. That maybe a bit much to ask but I'll do it any way: Everything not working correctly.

Nirnroot glow bug.

I could add more bugs of course, but to me that's the most important one they should fix.

*Fix all requested bugs above me.

*Fix disappearing followers and horses. I lost both Frost and Shadow horses from the game, like they fell of the face of Skyrim and never existed.

*Fix broken misc quests, some do not leave my quests log when complete.

*Fix Texture/scaling issue for XBOX, STOP crewing us over because PS3 caint handle it.

*Fix the issue with NPC Delvin Mallory bugged, not accepting item "http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Queen_Bee_Statue". Quote:" (PC&360) If the statue is the last Larceny Targets item you need to turn in, Delvin Mallory will not accept it."
SOURCE: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Queen_Bee_Statue

*Fix the long loads and crashes. After I play for more than an hour, my game is guaranteed to crash.

*Fix the huge save file problem.

Ive stopped playing this game because of this, and will probably stop $$$ for games for consoles. I bought this game for XBOX for a reason and you ruined it for me Beth, give me ONE good reason why I shouldnt just torrent your games from now on, or wait a year+ to buy it when it runs properly. You screwed us (xbox, I dont give a [censored] about PS3) on everything from ADDONS/Mods to texture scaling to just blatantly ignoring us of these issues. I should of just bought that dam PC version like my cousin said.

IM SICK and tired of seeing game Devs/Companies treating their customers like [censored] and releasing games that are riddled with problems and having to wait MONTHS for a patch/fix (BF3 ring a dam bell?). Keep it up Beth, I promise your only making it worse for yourself ignoring us like this.

I havent played in awhile and want to know if they have fixed the item placement issues in homes. Where everything flies everywhere every time you enter of exit the place and never stays where you put them??? This was an issue to my gameplay and made it seem boring because you couldnt set up your spoils in your home like previous TES games. So I just ended up mainly in combat and just shoving items in crates and made owning a house pointless after awhile.

I do not like what they did to the xbox version either. But screaming/swearing and bashing PS3 is just going to get your post removed and not your point across. I do not like it either that PS3 users throw tantrums every time we get an exclusive game. I played since Morrowind and then it was xbox and pc only. We dont whine every time they get exclusive games for PS3. That is the way it should be. Some on PS3, Some of 360, and some on both or all three. That is point of some people being able to own both consoles and sorry if some cant afford it, that is the breaks of life.

Fix the glitch that causes some dragons to not have souls. I know it's supposed to be fixed in earlier patch but there are still dragons without souls.

Some dragons arent supposed to have souls, If I remember right I heard any static dragons that are the same type (ie you kill a Blood Dragon and another Blood Dragon respawns), randoms should always have souls

Believe that is on the fixed list for next patch

*Fix the fact that I caint get my last achievement from the Thieves Guild because I am NOT able to give my last item "Grey Fox Bust" or w/e its called to the NPC.

You dont need to give that item to get the last achieve (I assume its the achieve to restore the Guild's old glory, that requires you to do 5 jobs in each of the main cities, do the special job then do all the main quests for the line, 'Under New Management' should pop up when both conditions of quest and restoring the guild is complete)

Most of the issues with racks and displays are resolved, just an odd issue with a weapon or so (like Ebon Blade Daedric artifiact) not liking racks.

I just want whatever is causing my 360 to crash after when I try and enter certain locations (Understone Keep, Jorvaskr, Riften, etc.) fixed.

I want the "floating" weapons and armor at places where I've killed bandits and such to be fixed.

I want the game to work...so I can play it again. Won't touch it until these issues are resolved...and won't spend a dime on a Bethesda product in the future unless it's price is reduced due to it being on clearance because it was released two years earlier!
