12 reasons why MW3 will be the best game ever.

Post » Thu Dec 08, 2011 5:30 am

1. Pointstreaks
2. Campaign
3. Grenade launcher with a scope on it
4. The multiplayer map Paris
5. No broken maps
6. Being able to toss grenades across the map to spawn kill the other team(most skilled thing EVER!)
7. You get to play the role of a marine
8. Cars can explode
9. It's a Call of Duty game
10. You can call in airstrikes and stuff like that
11. It is not battlefield or Oblivion 2.
12. You get to play as Delta Force.

Thoughts?

Nope

Battlefield is where it's at.

Because every game in the BF series isn't identical. I see almost no difference in any of the COD games. Except for maybe a few different games and a different campaign, which is just running around shooting stuff anyways, like every other shooter.

Also, an Oblivion 2 would be great. :tes:

It'll only be the best game ever until MW4 inherits that title next year. Then MW5 the year after.

Call of Duty 2 was both the best in the series and the last good one.

I really have nothing pleasant to say about the CoD series, it's complete trash and its consumers are just..well words I shan't say.

I disagree. COD is still alive and well. Look at the population! A lot of people are still playing it.

Poppycock! Are you implying that Activision is anything but the King of Innovation?

A fun and simple shooter to pick up every once in a while and enjoy it for what it is? Absolutely.

Best game ever? I disagree.

I respectfully disagree. Then again "best game ever" is subjective so there is no real best game. Like there isn't any real GOTY.

Also never refer to Skyrim as Oblivion 2 ever again.

That's what i have classic Doom for :hehe:

Though to be honest, i did find the COD4 campaign not that bad.

Not a single thing on that list even screams "remotely entertaining", in my opinion, and quite frankly, I really do hate how this rehashed series, every year, sells as much as it does. It's a bad influence on game companies... as they see how profitable it is for so little effort.

i wouldn't spend 60 $ to get scopes, spawn killing grenades and some new maps and a campaign.

why does beth get such a hard time about horse armour when activision pumps out whole sequels that don't really even have as much content as one o oblvions expansions that they sold for 20 or less?

Well I hate to break it to ya but the gamers of the Call of Duty community have sort of become the jackasses of the gaming world. Now this sterotype may or may not be correct but saying CoD will be the best game ever is like calling an iteration of Madden or Fifa will be the best game ever.At least for me CoD is more like a game that I am required to get because all of my friends play and its treated more like a social platform.

Call of Duty 2 was both the best in the series and the last good one.

Call of Duty 3 wasn't too bad -- so long as you didn't bother with the MP, but then again I've never been overly fond of CoD multiplayer.

CoD WoW I never played, since they didn't let me be an Aussie (What kind of failure of a Pacific campaign doesn't allow you to be an Aussie?)

CoD 1 is still my favorite just because I'm nostalgic for the old healthpack system that's been thrown away in modern games. Plus once I was awesome on the final level getting a bunch of headshots with the PPSh.

I've not installed it on my new PC... I should find the disc and install it.

Activision doesn't change enough, so we hate them.

Bethesda changes too much, so Morrowind fans hate them.

I enjoyed COD4's campaign, and play through bits of it now and then. I have literally zero interest in its sequels, though.

Yeah, developing games is about finely balancing between "They changed it, now it svcks!" and "It's the same, so it svcks!"

The spawn killing comment and calling Skyrim Oblivion 2 both seem trollish to me. Sorry if you're actually being serious.

I don't have a problem with CoD, it's just not my kind of game. Not enough teamwork, and not based enough around actual player skill. I can see why some people would like it though.
