I am also disappointed in the lack of overall missions. I was hoping the random encounters would make up for it, but they fall flat too.

I know what you mean, single player burns out pretty fast. It only lasted about a week for me (although that might have been because of how much I played it), and now it's sitting on the shelf collecting dust.

This time around Im gonna do whatever the [censored] I want as john even though I know there is only one outcome. Maybe its because I know the outcome.....

Its damn hard work, I cant silently sneak in, I shot the windom and broke in for the safe, hogtied a witness then another popped up, then another, several hogtied victims later I just shot people, much easier. I still wear my bandana it looks BA, and having low honour svcks, as you get a crap horse that always comes when you whistle, also the rosary is useful so I neeed high honour.

Alright.

ACHIEVEMENT GRINDING MEMBERS
(For those who wish to just get the multiplayer achievements done and over with.)

-Azaban
-Wyatt Waste Ranger.
-Miller the Killer
-This isn't my name.

Had to update the list. 4 whole people. With one just in it for the death and destruction. This isn't gonna go well.

Well I only want them because sooon I wwill only need 2, may aswell get them, it may not go well but still better than 0 people.
Besides wyatt will kinda help, just say he gets to throw dynamite at people and he will do it, or dont say it and he will... People may also include you.

If you want low honour go for it, but imo killing the dark horse then using my deed got to repetative for me to keep doing, also my honour went back up, because I usually capture bounties, they pay more, and like you said honour is given out like candy.

Really? Damn, I was gonna go for low honor this time. Oh well, its too much work anyway, what with all the quests giving you honor just for completing them.

Oh no I'm not saying wyatt can't throw dynamite. That's the whole reason he joined. Because he wants to cause chaos during all this.
And I think I'm gonna have to wait on this until I finally get a new head set. Should be some time next week I buy me some.

I'm sure I'll eventually join that list, seeing as despite the fact I'm over halfway through the story mode and have done several side quests I still only have 4 damn achievements.

You don't have to start a new game, if you fail a stranger mission, you have to wait 5 days(in-game) for the person to respawn(if he died) or go back to normal if you scared them.(pointing your gun at them, etc)

Holy [censored]. I just finished the game and it did not disappont...

Spoiler
Why couldn't they just leave John alone? He was a good guy, at least in my game he was. Why let him have his farm for a while and then have him killed. Thought the last stranger mission at the end there was a really nice touch, getting to play as Jack tracking down Edgar Ross. I put one in each kneecap and one in the face, bastard. I even felt bad for Uncle at the end, despite the strange stains on his beard that I had originally found disturbing.

Overall a quality game that I enjoyed alot, now it's time to buy Alpha Protocol methinks.

My thoughts:
Spoiler
Ross couldn't let him live because he was the last remnants of the gang, if you read a news paper article it says that he took all the credit for taking down the gang, that included John

I just finished the mexican part. Blackwater makes a nice change from the usual desert. Wish you could drive cars though.

Im not to disappointed about the car thing. The horses are faster and more maneuverable. The only thing that a car would do is make for incredibly slow drive-bys

It's not really that much of a disappointment. I mean, how would a old Cowboy/Gunslinger, who's stuck to the old Cowboy/Gunslinger ways, suddenly know how to drive a car? Especially a Model-T.

Nah, I think it's best set with horses and wagons. I hate to get ambushed while driving a car, and have to crank the engine to get the fuel moving. :shakehead:

I wouldn't want cars to play too much of a role, but just one mission where you drive someone around in one or something. It just seems like it would have been such an easy thing to implement.

So I don't really know what I am missing at 98% outside of an outfit and a bounty.I don't remember doing a horse breaking job at Ridgewood but it won't appear while I am am there.

I am at 98.5% now with a bounty and the US army outfit.

Spoiler
Anyone else think that there should've been two endings depending on what your honor was?

If your honor was above neutral: Ross let's John live and doesn't attack his house. OR some better ending..

If your honor was BELOW neutral: It would just be the ending we have know where Ross attacks John and kills him.

Oh... well yeah it's probably messed up then.
