No, unless it is frozen fruit that you plan to make into smoothies. Fruits generally have enough acid to combat some bacterias without having to resort to pressure preservation. Frozen meats and unpickled veggies, however, can be contaminated with bacteria, and should be cooked before eating. This goes for canned, jarred, and frozen.You have no idea what conditions the food experienced before you bought it. It could have been exposed to heat that bred bacteria, contaminanants that cause Ecoli and salmonella, or if canned, botulism toxins or bacteria not killed during heat and pressure preservation.
If it smells off, looks off, discard it. If you have to ask, you should not eat it.
