I prefer video-games for letting me pretend I'm in a wasteland scouring the land for food and getting that whole "I wouldn't really want to do this in real life" thing off my chest. When it comes to--uh--"boobage" I prefer real life. I guess I just don't like to drink orange juice after I brushed my teeth is all.

The furtherest you'll get with Bethesda, and boobage is community mods.

I nearly fell off my chair laughing on the nexus forums at some guy who made a full on x rated mod. Can't bash on a person willing to dedicate time to simulate what most of us take for granted irl. So good on the guy for taking the time to answer to the legions of people who are interested in that kinda stuff.

That would be ok to have in it but they would have to give the game 100 times better graphics to get me interested.

It could be in the game with no problem, Bethesda is just too conservative. Heavy Rain on the PS3 just came out and it has highly detailed in game nudity.

I'm sure if its not included there well be people out there who well make a mod.

six is bad because it increases the world population, violence is good because it reduces the world population thats how these people think. Think about it.

Believe it or not people who actually had real six still reads erotic comics/plays erotic video games (or mods) but I think it's mostly to gain inspiration for the real "roleplaying" with your partner(s) before/when doing the real thing .Such things might seem strange to people who do it the normal way but hey it ain't as "creative" as furries or s/m

Honestly who cares what FOX news has to say, the country will be paying attention to pop cuture too much worry about a video game being haveing boobage when its M for Mature...And if they do, then that shows how much time FOX news has on their hands.

I just don't see what the big deal is when it comes to nudity in games, I really don't. If its in the game great thats awesome, if it isn't I don't care. I'm not against nudity in games, I'm by far not an anti-six in games advocate but I just don't see why its a must have feature.

It's reality, human nature, how we all come to be. Why not have it? Again I don't want porm or anything but a little nudity never hurt anyone.

Just because fallout is in a future world were mutants are very where. The people are still human. We play mortal men/women.
Fallout should have reality in it.

If people want pure fantasy they should play world or warcraft.

I'm not arguing against nudity and I don't think theres anything wrong with it, but I just don't see the big deal having it in a video game. I suppose its human nature to be sixual and wanting to see their mate naked for arousal, but why is it necessary in a video game, and why is it so thrilling? I mean after seeing seeing the opposite six (or same six if you're that way) naked in RL is great and all but after awhile its just another every day thing like seeing a school bus or tree to me so I don't see the thrill.

I could care less either way...I don't get many kicks out of seeing [censored] in video games..I guess it could add to the greasy factor..But..Meh. Really though, I can't believe this thread lasted so long! How much can you discuss this!? Hehehehehe..

For a world like fallout it should just be there. six and nudity. In a world were you can kill hundreds of people but not see a person naked is dumb. Only being able to sleep on top of the covers with another person is as well. To me that is more childish then having the six and nudity.

It's not really a thrill but it adds to the role playing. If you are a evil character you are not going to just want to lay on the covers with someone. Or watch a fully clothed person dance around a poll.

fallout one and two had nudity as well but it did not work well for a top down view to be graphic. There are topless women Tribals in fallout 2 but you could not see nipbles or anything again because of the graphics.

Like I said, I don't mind it..I just don't think it's an important aspect. How often in the Fallout series did [censored] even come to mind? I really think that them adding nudity as a normal occurrence in the game would just make it harder to deal with the anti-gaming violence/six/drug people..If you can chop up a topless drugged out female limb from limb the media will probably go freaking nuts..They freaked out enough when GTA came around with prosttutes. And I'm sure all the female gamers will be upset (Actually about 90% wont be but we will still hear from the ones that do.) that there are not male dongs & asses flying about and that whole deal. Really...Do Boobs really make a video game any better?

Some group has their panties in a bunch over nudity. So what. Rock Star makes Millions of $$$ off it's games. They are M rated and they don't seem to be going out of business because of their games.

again I don't want Fallout to be as graphic as Rock Star's games but there should be some nudity and six. The game will not force you to have six as a quest or anything.

Thats exactly what I think, I don't think its an important aspect. There is a double standard when it comes to nudity in games though. I'm starting to repeat myself but, nudity just isn't a big deal and I just see it as an everyday thing and its nothing all that exciting anyways, just comes along with maturity I guess.

A few strippers in the game wouldn't be a bad idea, after all Vegas is known for its strip clubs, but still I'm not going to whine and cry if it is or isn't in the game.


As for the rockstar issue and their games, there is a right to free speech and expression in America. And thats how I think about nudity in games its free speech and expression.

Well to me there is not excitement or thrill to it. It just adds to the wasteland feel. Human nature. We are role playing. Role Playing should have as many options as possible. It is just something that would be nice to know it's there.
It will be like real life. If you don't want to have six with a NPC you dont have to. Don't want to go into a strip club you don't have to. Don't want to drink no ones going to make you.

Taking away six and nudity takes away story and role playing options. Takes away reality. Like so much that was once fallout is being taken away. Nudity, six, real world weapons. The only thing that was not fallout that seems to be coming fallout is aliens.

Yeah fallout didn't have that over the top feeling. There was minimal of everything except for the violence. Fallout 3 wasn't exactly hardcoe, but it was still a fun game I still play to this day! And you're right the game seemed more geared towards teen players. And why every NPC smokes and there was no option to smoke is beyond me...

I think fallout 2 got away with what it did because it wasn't full blown 3d and real looking.
