Yes we do agree on those subjects...But! (And I'm not being hostile.) FO:3 Does deserve an M rating..It Does have very strong language. Like when you can reply to a ghoul something along the lines of, "Gah! What the F*&$ happened to you!" and such...Also...There is drugs in the game fictional though they may be, They still are obviously drugs. And Gore to the extent of gory exploding heads and limbs flying off should raise the rating. If I ever have kids I will allow them to purchase these sort of games but I still think there should be a rating system that allows parents an easy way to judge what their child is playing without having to watch the kids play it.
I do not agree, you can't see taking drugs, you only click on it and it disappears and adds bonuses.

Also on discovery channels they show people drug taking and children can watch it,
The same with these films that are 12+ there is much drug taking especially in the criminal movies
