Spears looked pretty cool, until the character started doing all that twirling with it. Seriously, all the NPC had to do was take a few steps forward during her twirl, and she'd end up hitting him in the shoulder with the pole of the spear, while he shoves a sword through her gut. Too much of a "French show spearman" style, not practical. Although it would be interesting to see Bloodmoon's "Spear of the Hunter" introduced into Skyrim.
Mounted Combat is most definately needed to make horse riding in Skyrim much more useful. The horses will also need Barding to keep them alive longer.
Werebears should've been in Skyrim from the beginning, since they've been stated to be the most common lycanthrope in Skyrim. I'm thinking the Werewolf is more of a speed/"DPS" type transformation, while the Werebear is more of a "tank" type transformation. From what i saw of the perk tree though, the first perk that allows you to transform more times per day, would be made obsolete by Hircine's Ring.
The Vampire combat feeding is definately needed. They can't actually do that specific "Vampire Lord" look, since they'd be stepping on Underworld's copyrights then. Vampires don't get their own perk tree like Lycanthropes will, because a Vampire can still utilize every perk in his other skills, a transformed lycanthrope can't.
