Which bugs? See our problem?
Doesn't every patch release come with a change log that can be accessed from Steam?

Eh, I just got a second download notice on Steam? What′s that now?

Same. I guess they're doing something back there as we speak. Time to just wait out the storm and see what's changed when it's over.

Edit. Huh, SKSE is working again after the second update. Maybe the second one was a rollback?

Lovely, tried to load Update.esm and Skyrim.esm with the CK and got a crash with an error message about not being able to load to .esm files. Now Update.esm is completely missing from the data directory, and the CK crashes on loading.

I'm not seeing a second update yet (though if my track record shows it'll start as soon as I hit "Post"), but someone in the PC support forums was reporting their game reverted back to 1.5.24. Would someone who's gotten a second update kindly launch their game and see what version number they're at now?

Edit: Thanks, lttlukelt. Bethesda, wtf?

It looks like someone at Bethesda pushed the "Release Update" button by mistake.

The forums will be hella active in the next hour or so. People are gonna be crying WTF till our ears bleed or a mod makes a Customer Service response :)

Maybe that was meant to go out as a Beta build, but they "released" it by mistake. Anyone participating in the Beta able to confirm their game staying at 1.5.26.0.5?

I'm getting the second update now. I feel like I should be watching it download to the tune of Yakkety Sax at this rate.

That seems like a possibility--that an update meant for a beta was accidentally posted for public consumption. And I am seeing a Skyrim Beta available now in my Steam settings. Don't think that was there before.

If it fixes one thing i hope it's the missing textures they dropped a bollock with on the high res pack. Those pink logs are really getting on my Walter Mitties.

There is no BETA on offer... I was just going to see if the update had fixed the dark grass shadows when it reverted to the previous build.

I find it hard to believe their process would let that happen. Wait no I don't.

There is now a Beta available for Skyrim. I'll bet you anything if you opt into it, you'll get updated back to 1.5.26. You still won't know what's in it, but. :P

Lmao, this is the first time I ever seen an "update" roll back the release version. xD
Beth, please, do stand up, I would pay to see it.

Guess I wasn't far off with my "1.5.1" remark.
