Post » Mon May 28, 2012 11:03 pm

I believe that Beth has the license to a fallout mmo so i guess we should see how that goes first and maybe decide after if it could work or not.

i used to want a tes mmo ... but then i took an arrow to the knee

I heard about this too. If no FO4 is released and instead FOMMO is released...... i will............ ARGGGG...... cry?

I wouldn't want anybody to try and force something on me in my own game it's just a terrible idea.

Ok let me rephrase my last comment lol. I want it to be an open world experiance and everything and you can be what ever you want to be. I was just throwing ideas out that people could do in a 9 person online server. Personally i would just be chilling with a Wood Elf and he would be the archer why i would be up hacking and slashing my opponents to bits and pieces. It is how ever you want to play the game. The enchanter and Armor smith would be mostly for those who want to be skilled higher in another class but still be able to get dragon armor.

Until you can give me some legitimate reasons against Co-Op that don't involve "splitting resources" or your opinion, stop talking :tops: .
Until you give me some reasons that don't include your opinion I'll gladly stop talking. This is an opinionated matter and despite your best efforts you have yet to give anything but an opinion. TES has set a precedent of NOT being an online game and they are just getting more popular every time a new game comes out. Why should they add a multiplayer that would just drive away all of the fans that are used to the precedent that has been set by them? It makes ZERO sense for them to do it just so YOU can sit and talk to your dude friends and explore dungeons with them.

Consoles would explode? Explain? My console handles BF3 quite well, and Skyrim is far less impressive graphics-wise than BF3.

BF3 is a different type of game. The consol doesnt have to constantly calculate and factor skills, generate random dialogue, lookup speech trees, remeber the custom enchanted weapons you made, keep all areas the way you left them (objects), remember who owns what, etc. Every NPC has a schedual that they must follow daily that the game needs to handle. Graphics are only a small part of the equation. Anyways, as it stands, consols (xbox, ps3) arnt running the recommended specs to begin with (probably not much over the min)

I've played Runescape since 2005, when I was 12. It was the first MMO I ever played. I like the game out of nostalgia and familiarity.

Also, I'm on the TES forums, am I not? My taste in games can't be all that bad if I managed to find the best ones available.

Skyrim is a single player game. (Yay!)

In the Elder Scrolls Series discussion section there is an ongoing thread to discuss Multi-player for ES - if someone didn't already link you to it in this thread, I am sure you can find it easily enough.
