Im sorry folks but whoever thought this was a sim game needs to smarten up.Why is everyone crying about trival things such as not being able to be a tranny, or adopt kids or be into polygamy or the most minute and useless things. This is a fantasy role playing game, not a SIM. Just take the game as it is and love it because Skyrim truely is a wonderful game!

I am yet to hear someone complain that they can't be a tranny in Skryim.

Its an Open world RPG, Options are usualy a good thing.

I always see these post where people are complaining about people complaining. Funny thing is I never actually here of any of these complaints that the person is talking about.

You know what I hate about Skyrim? People complaining about complainers. Which is now me?! Thansk you've gone and made me complain now I want to be a tranny and let all my rage on the world of Skyrim because it's so hard to be one in the world of elder scrolls. "Do come baaack" lol.

I don't care one way or the other in regards to being able to make a trans-gendered character or to be able to have multiple partners, but I assume that most people want more options in every aspect of the game because it is, as you said, a role-playing game. That means you make a character and roleplay how you want. The fact that you can't do certain things that would be trivial to add (as mods do it easily) is what gets people worked up

Anyway, it's like this in Fallout as well.
Just cause we have freedom all of the sudden everyone wants "absolute freedom" but they seem to ignore the fact that it takes valuble time and resources to develop these features they demand.
Just ignore them though.
The game is made, the DLC's won't bring anything major to the table except new perks and weapons and armors and crap.
So just ignore the demands/suggestions for simulation related features.

And those people are generally stupid people. At some point, not EVERY single option ANYONE can think up can be catered for, yet so many people seem to think that the option THEY thought of is the definitive must have for the game. The crucial missing option that ruins the game.

I mean... I wanted to play "Unfgar the nvde", who ran around, well, quite naked, and beating people with dead, raw chickens. Despite the unparallelled awesomeness that would be provided by my character vigorously beating a Draugr into submission with a rapidly disintegrating chicken carcass, the developers, in what was obviously an oversight that will be fixed in the next patch, did not include this option! Words cannot express my disappointment upon opening the game, running excitedly into Riverwood, slaughtering the first chicken I saw, and then only being able to select food portions from it. No use as a weapon whatsoever. I was beyond crushed.

If it's not fixed in the next patch, I'm at least hoping they bring the idea on board for TESVI.

Skyrim is as far away from a sim as possible at this point even if you added the stuff in your reply it will still be a arcade hack and slash action game. Various things you may see as "simulator" is Role playing hell even mechanics that add things like requiring to eat and sleep are just that mechanics that has been proven to be successful and liked.

Yeah, that was my favorite one if I do say so myself.
