I don't think there are any songs that make me straight up sad. There were two that came to mind that I thought would make me sad, but it seems that they both just make me very pensive instead. Such as it is:

There was a video on Youtube once that some guy had made. It featured a Dunmer in Cyrodiil, sleeping restlessly, and moving about. Interspersed with this, was the images of his dreams, long, moving shots of the landscape of Morrowind. Because of that video, the song gets me every time.
