Spoilers: Questions for Beta Testers #2

Post » Sat Nov 17, 2012 12:07 pm

Well, I said I'd make a thread, here it is. Ask me ANYTHING related to the DLC, and I will answer to the best of my knowledge. From simplest question to spoilers, go ahead. I'll be answering anything and everything as best as I can, and my fellow beta testers can drop on in here and answer some as well, if they see fit.

Ask away!

It was close enough to the post limit that I thought we might as well get the new one up.

they dont attack you at all, they even interact with you. turning into a VL will have them attack you, of course. similar to werewolf

After you play it for a while you wont be able to go back to feeding to survive...it spoils you so the Blood Potions just become collectables

Beta testers,

In general, do you feel dawnguard is worth the time/points?

Is it really a fresh dlc or just more of the same? Im very much on the fence..

So can you share your overall, non-spoiler feelings after having played it?

Thanks in advance

There are two Dawnguard armors right? The heavy one has the helmet we've seen in the videos. How bout the light dawnguard armor, does it have a helmet?

Ignoring 50% of armor is a pretty good upgrade i think... that is what Enchanced CBs do. There is the Zephyr Bow and the 3 Aetherium Artifacts

Enhanced Crossbow designs ignore 50% of armor. Dwemer crossbows are just stronger.

Also, Dawnguard gets runed weapons.

How many new followers are there?

Also, about these new dogs? Are they followers? If so, are they on the level of Dogmeat in Fallout 3, where you can actually have them do things? Or are they like the current dogs? How noisy are they? If they die are they gone for good?
