Right...and I do this how??

You'll need this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=1840
and order your mods with this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6

Then right click on "Bashed Patch 0.esp" and click rebuild patch. Go to "Leveled Lists" and make sure its checked. Then merge all your mods together. Any mod that affects your leveled lists will be merged together, so you'll see everything .

It works by merging all the affected records together, so all of your mods play nice.

Here's a pictoral guide: http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=35230

In Oblivion, BOSS messed up a lot of things for me. Wrye Bash intimidiated me so I never used it. I'm almost tempted to try it for Skyrim, but I'm not sure yet. Never been a BOSS fan.

BOSS is pretty boss, you should use it. Wrye bash is incredible so you should definitely use it. With their powers combined they are pretty much Captain Planet, so you should use them without hesitation.

Once you get over the initial fear, and it works, you'll never go back.

Make sure you use BOSS, to add the appropriate tags to Jaysus' mod.

Try running Wrye even though it looks like the lists aren't being merged. Then read the log you get. You should see that the lists are merged after all.

Now what? Do I deactivate the JSwordsDistributionBalancePlugin.esp ?

And I should choose do ditch TCOS , do I need to redownload JSwordsDistributionBalancePlugin.esp ?

You don't have TCOSS activated. Activate the mod, then create the patch. And no - don't deactivate any of the mods you imported (TCOSS and JSwords).
EDIT: If you don't want TCOSS anymore after doing this, you don't need to do anything to JSwords at all. Just recreate the bashed patch :)

There's also a lot more goodies I haven't shown here...so keep an eye out . I'll try to update as I have time.

Okay, I'm using this mod with Complete Crafting Overhaul and Jaysus Swords + Jaysus Swords Leveled List.

No conflict after merging the leveled lists, however EVERY SINGLE weapon has become too powerful. I'm using Deadly Dragons for example, which makes Dragons a b!tch to kill. Before this mod, I had real, like REAL problems killing them.

After this mod, it's a breeze as melee. About 7-10 Hits and they're dead.

The mod doesn't affect any enemy spawns directly. My guess is you have another mod that affects the Dragon Leveled lists and you merged those too. The weapons in this mod are not made to be overly powerful :).

I brought the dragon in to show just how powerful ALL weapons have become.

Up until I activated TCOS the dragons gave me a hard time, after that they're a breeze. It's definitely the mod.

Besides the weapon I'm using is a Jaysus sword, it became powerful too when I activated the mod.

Well, I have to disagree. Looking at the mod in the CK, I can see that the weapon with the highest damage in the mod is below its Daedric counterpart.

Besides the weapon I'm using is a Jaysus sword, it became powerful too when I activated the mod.
Yeah, no, that's definitely not the case. Did you activate any other mods? If not, check your difficulty settings.

So I've used BOSS through Wrye Bash, and it puts IMCN overrides.esp near the top, which conflicts heavily. Why? Ugh, it was this type of thing that made me stop using it immediately. I know this isn't your problem, but you were trying to convince! It doesn't make sense. It never sorted my load order correctly for Oblivion.

Sorry if it's a little off topic, but where can I get that jaysus swords leveled list?

I've been looking for it at nexus to no avail :(

on topic : it's just my personal opinion, but I felt that TCOS' weapons was a little bit too highly priced compared to other vanilla weapons' prices ;)

That's for a reason ;). Each weapon also has better other stats in relation to vanilla too. They're all faster for the most part, and have better reach/special abilities. Each is unique.

I didnt want to just give you another sword mesh in the pile of other meshes, that's boring. Each weapon is different from vanilla counterparts in some way. Daggers do the same normal and critical damage. Steel hilt weapons are very fast, and usually have
better reach (distance) than vanilla counterparts. Also later on they will be enhanced in a special way I haven't really outlined in public just yet.

The main point in it though is for you to like the weapon you pick out that feels comfortable in your hand, rather than to give you a whole bunch of weapons to ogle at. Because...realistically even if I give you a bunch of weapons to ogle at, it doesn't make them any more special than vanilla weapons. It'll just become a bunch of stuff for your trophy collection rather than "Oh hey this is my favorite sword!"

Price, speed, reach, visual appeal, and damage are pretty much the only way I can create that effect in Skyrim unfortunately (since I cant make unique animations for each weapon), so that's what I used to form the basis. I honestly don't know if I've really accomplished that with just those values, but perhaps you or others can let me know how you feel about it :).
