[RELz] The Chronicles of Steel - Skyrim

Post » Sun May 27, 2012 4:21 pm

Everything looks great. When I start playing Skyrim again I will give this a whirl. However as someone said, that Scutum is TOO Roman and too bright imo. Everything else looks fantastic though. The shield itself looks good(a tad small) but just doesn't fit in imo. Especially the markings. Really all you would have to do is strip the markings and it would be fine imo. Either way it won't stop me from using your mod when I do start playing again.

I have been on and off with working on this... Sorry! I had to do a lot of research, to try to get full ideas about what I wanted to do. I was finishing up the final touches, and decided to put a strap on the weapons so they weren't
just floating at the side. I also wanted it to match up with the color of the leather on the weapon too, so I tried using Skyrim's vanilla straps for some of the weapons with my own custom texture....

I didn't really like how it was looking though..., so I decided to just make my own using Waalx's Chest Belt from Oblivion and some reUV mapping. It was a lot of hard work but I finally made something I'm pleased with.

Here's how the strap looks. Thoughts?

Here's a bit of what I've been working on. Many of these all come from WAC, but were never released as Realswords Modules.

This might actually be the first instance I've seen of armored skeletons for Skyrim. Looks great! Now maybe it can make a bit more sense to up their health.
