I find his review of the game quite interesting, he clearly has a strong knowledge of Fallout lore and was able to notice things about New Vegas that 90% of us would never notice in 1000 years.

Thats not a bad thing, I find that it gave me a very good, almost 3rd person perspective looking down on the game world. For me however, and perhaps many others feel this way as well, will see New Vegas as a very positive improvement to the engine as well as being an excellent next-chapter in the story of Fallout. Ausir is no doubt correct that a posse of self-proclaimed Fallout-experts among the community will use New Vegas as debate fuel for the next 2-3 years. There will certainly be the usual mix of well thought-out and constructive views as well as heated and ignorant views and the moderators will mow the lawn and keep the weeds from overtaking the yard like always.

One thing I did take away from his review is the testing going on, I think we are in for a pleasant surprise on the bug front this time.
I suspect that his views on the improved story and dialogue as well as the great voiceovers will impress nearly all of us, and Felicia Day will pick up a few hundred thousand more twitter followers (brace for impact!!). Overall I think its going to be a big smash among the community here. For me this is the 3rd game on this engine, and I find the idea of an upgraded engine with evolved features absolutely thrilling in a totally geeky, nerdy way. One can't ask for better modding food, it's like dropping a tribble into an ocean of quattro triticale. :fallout:
