Vampire Upgrades?

Post » Wed Jun 13, 2012 9:36 am

I think the Items from the jam video would make vampire Waaaay more fun

*Battle feeding

*flying Vampire Lord

*imp minions

and perhaps a skill tree, vamps are way to underpowered compared to their cousins in cyrodiil i think and this would really give them the boost they need but hey thats my opinion what do you guys think?

i like the idea but they need to also put a werewolf skill tree to because it's going to be unfair if only one is created

I dont know about the vampire lord thing...they have change the animation..the one in the game jam vid looked aweful..if they put some more work into the vampire lord, it could be a nice thing to have.
Both vampires and werewolves are weak in Skyrim..there is no real point in playing them. They really have to do something about it.

well yeah the vampire lord would need work because it was made in a week no fine tuning but yeah being a vamp was really...painful not enough perks for the flaws, i dont see why people find the werewolfs underpowered i know they compare it to morrowind but i feel awesome when i transform and i killed giants and dragons in no time at all

I would love to become a flyable Vampire lord that can still use his bow. But I would also like to see some jumping height perks added to the Vampire perk tree in general.

I didn't like the Vampire Lord or the Imp Minions ideas. Both of those are even less incentive for me to become a vampire in the first place.

Why can I not pass through the ice? I understand this would be impossible to program without 1352657236 bugs but hey, it was in the lore :)

This, I don't either. I do like the feeding though.

I've passed through the ice on several occasions. Same with some enemies I've killed. All joking aside though, I'm hoping that at least even part of a DLC will revolve around the secret Volkihar society under the ice and that our character actually gets pulled through the ice by a bunch of them for our first encounter with them. That would give me those "Sixth Sense" goosebumps the same way Immortal Blood did the very first time I read it .

Also, I agree, there needs to be both a werewolf and a vampire skill tree, even just a small one, that unlocks when you become either creature. Master level perk for vampire could be the ability to walk unharmed in sunlight or something. Regardless, I'm interested to see if they can make these two play types more worthwhile and less tedious.

Try to kill a Elder Dragon as a werewolf and you know why most people say they're underpowerd..or a high level Ice mage. You feel very powerful the first time you play one...but mostly becouse your human form is a low level milk drinker and the claw damage is supirior in the first 10-15 levels. The werewolf is very fragile and on high levels your claws are like iron daggers. They dont deal enough damage...and usually you'll die from one or two hits.Werewolves are weak and have a broken scaling that needs to be fixed.

Agreed, I hate to see folks shoot down ideas that would be optional from the start. I wanted a jumping height Vampire perk or jumping height enchantment added to Skyrim.......I had more pro than con, But the con just felt like they had to voice their opinions on how it would be fake and this and that........Sigh, I hate a lot of thing people are asking for in Dlc........Like Dog Armor, Mud Crab Armor..........etc, But will you will not see me in that thread complaining. It would be a option to use that item. Sig

its not impossible also for non dragon opponents use the sprint attack and knock them down then rip them apart as they try to get up

Not impossible but why bother with it...if you can do the same job with your normal weapons or magic. Why run away 50 times only to dash power attack an elder dragon and spend half an hour on it..thats just silly.

I'd like Blades Light Armor...and they could take a few of the Mages/College Robes and make them different colors so we could have some variety.

Battle feeding and the imp minions I like, but the vampire lord looks kind of odd with those tiny wings.

I would love to see the vampire lord with more substantial wings. I wonder if they can put it in with a patch or we would have to wait for a DLC?

Love the idea of a vampire skill tree to increase destructive basic powers but there must be a disadvantage too like unable to use the restoration school for example... fight like real npc vampires just love that idea.

I don't think the werewolf is by any means weak. Constant KD with decent damage, along with reasonable health regen from... "snacking," pretty useful if you ask me.
