He seems like he has a unique personality. This will probably make me love him (if he does). I don't care how evil he is, why kill characters that are worth talking to? I think he may just be a bad enough dude to save the president.

He did those "bad" things to a town full of bad people. If he did that to a bunch of peace loving tree huggers then yeah I would say he's evil. You want to break a wasteland and let them know you're the new power the new King in town, you have to break a few eggs. You have to let scum know what happens when you challenge Ceaser's Legion.

Also, how is he anything like Erwin Rommel? Erwin Rommel was not evil.

No but Rommel was nicknamed "The Desert Fox" and I believe(as LKT said in the sub-title for this thread) that Vulpes Inculta=Desert Fox in Latin.

That was a joke. "Vulpes" is the latin term for fox, and Inculta means "waste" in latin. His name basically translates to "desert fox" in Latin, and desert fox is the same nickname General Rommel was given.

I see. As long as it's in name only. They could just be trying to say he's cunning and a great battle leader. As the two of you said his name means something like Fox or Waste in Latin. As long as the Devs aren't trying to say Rommel was a bad guy as in Evil.

Rommel's record is clean he was forced to kill himself to save his family from being killed by the Nazies. Also he was not apart of the nazi party if I remember right.

It depends who you talk to. Some US. Soldiers would tell you otherwise. War tends to skew one's perceptions of what is right and wrong, and when one's on one side, you're naturally against the side that's pointing it's guns at you.

I wonder if there MAY be a chance that we could make that armor (via quest or crafting). Would be neat to have a CL quest where they made you do a certain amount of tasks, then kill a Coyote/other canine and bring its pelt to them, then they make you the armor and you are now an official member of the........ CL rewards club?(I'm guessing you would become a member long before you could do this.)
