Vulpes Inculta

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vulpes_Inculta

Lets talk about the new Caesar's Legion boy. Apparently hes pretty evil.

According to the wikia his VO is a guy named Jason Spisak. He sounds like a kid. sort of.

I figure someone as evil as Vulpes would sound like Mr. Burke. Wes Johnson voiced all those Dark Brotherhood guys right?

After reading SavageBeating's post with the attached vid, I'm convinced hes a psychopath.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Benny's possible reaction to Vulpes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fANwTBK3Ylg

WOLF JAW! YES YES YES!!!
What was the topic?
Oh, that man
You don't need a big voice to sound evil, a childish voice is pretty great for an evil character because it makes him mischievous.
Again, that's just an opinion.

He can't be the Desert Fox, Erwin Rommel is the Desert Fox.

Why would there be a WW2 general in Fallout New Vegas?

I would be happy to work for this man. No doubt, he is pretty sick, but he has no fear of the darkness, and is willing to embrace it -- that is something I can respect. He has been successful in rounding up more slaves and making the once-useless useful, by using them to further strengthen the Legion's army.
The Ceasar is lucky to have Vulples Inculta under his wing.

Wes Johnson didn't do all the DB voices, but he did do the VO work for Lucien Lachance. :D

He seems like a pleasant guy, with some odd hobbies.

Still sounds like a good solider for the Legion.

Looks like one of those sleeping blindfolds. Kind of reminds me of a demon hunter from Warcraft...3

My character may or may not side with NCR, but one thing is for sure: he HATES slavers. I have a feeling that Vulpes will be the kind of guy who will say "So, do this job for me, and I'll put in a good word for you. Don't do it, you die." So I will probably attempt to talk my way out of it if I find him on a lower level, and shoot his ass if on a higher one. Down with the Legion.

Long live the Legion. The slaving is actually working, and they're beginning to take over -- I say join them whilst we can; it should be easy enough to take complete control.

And I like Vulpes's attitude -- it actually motivates people to get [censored] done.

Vulpes sounds like a very naughty man. (wags finger)

Seems like a swell guy.

Agreed with Chriso, hard times call for hard measures.

Well he is dressed like a velite, and Roman velites were skirmishers comprised of troops too young to fight as standard footsoldiers, so it might explain Vulpes' voice. I find his attitude great from a character point-of-view(before I'm accused of sadism), reminds me of the good ol' days killing pirates for a certain group of assassins.... :disguise: And lolololigist, maybe, just MAYBE the Legion treats their slaves with the same level of respect most middle-upper class Romans did :hehe:
TL;DR(if you have that short of an attention span) I think Vulpes is a pretty cool guy, he kills people and doesn't afraid of anything.

Aren't the slaves pretty much the Legion's army? Or at least their cannon fodder. They must be treated well, it's obvious -- the CL wouldn't be so effective if the soldiers were disgruntled and not motivated, but they clearly are, and that motivation likely comes from great leadership.

 Needless to say, I loled.

Although I understand that if you haven't seen/heard him doing that psychotic killer role, you would just hear him like http://www.jasonspisak.com/Home_files/McDonald%27s%20-%20Sausage%20McMuffin%20w%20Egg.mpg in your head.

Supposedly he's the Mojave wasteland's equivalent of Cyrodiil's Lucien Lachance.

Oh god, he's probably going to be a delightful and creepy murderer. He's going to die by my hand, and none of his goons can stop me.

Do you think he runs the CL's version of Maccy D's as well then?
