Wow. The single fact that there could be a Lucien Lachance equivalent in New Vegas who gives Dark Brotherhood style quests has actually made me strongly consider going with Ceasar's Legion on the first playthrough.

I'm going to kill him and take his fuzzy hat for part of my character's pajamas. Or maybe just as a badass helmet... I can't decide yet. Maybe I'll do pajamas for my first character and badass helmet for my melee character.

long live the legion, if you notice, before it was no longer needed and banned, civilizations grew incredible under the backbreaking labor of slavery, i mean, look at america, we had an incredibly fast growing economy, the north building machines and the south working the fields for food and cotton. eventually it was banned, and since their was enough people in the country, it grow pretty easily, compared to a small civilization, which would probably trip on the landing and crash.

Hopefully he will indeed be like the Dark Brotherhood and not like Mr. Burke. I was sooooooo disapointed when, after blowing Megaton, Burke did NOT offer me any more quests.
