I still play it. I got the id pack from Steam and I've got the wads running in ZDoom...Doom, Doom2, Heretic, two Hexens and a slew of Doom wads.

No, no no. See my last post. Get a Doom front end (I use Zdoom, but there are others). Take the .wad from the demo and drop it in the front end folder. You won't need DosBox and you'll get some up-to-date stuff like support for modern sound cards and mouse look.

Good old doom! The best game in the universe. I bet even greys has obtained this game from the some of the people they have abducted in their ships. Thats why we dont hear about abduction cases so often anymore because they are all playing Doom. :celebration:

Use http://dengine.net/. All you need is the original game files, which you put in the specified folders, and you can play just fine. Even use mods, mouse input (after using Doomsday for nearly 2 years now, I can't live without the mouse), and other stuff. Its very easy to use also.
