There's only a handful of books that involve lycanthropy in the elder scrolls and none of them mention "a man with blue markings controlling bears".

Actually he is right. A group or mortals went to Hircine's Realm and were hunted by a werebear in the early 4th era, I vaguely recall reading it and it is in the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Hircine regarding Hircine's Realm.

actually in a book about lore I read that a werebear could just be a man with blue markings controlling bears.

That's not a ingame book, it's in the novel "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Infernal_City" by Greg Keyes.

In the book the main characters arrive in Hircine's Realm and they meet an albino nord riding a huge bear with other bears following him. Then the characters engage in combat against the bears and the albino nord dismounts and becomes as the book describes "something between a man and a bear" and later just calls him a werebear.

So in a sense werewolf_fan188 was right, but not all werebears are albino nords with blue tatoos riding giant bears.

Why are you calling them albino? This is elder scrolls.

In the book it says "massive albino Nord" lol, just because the elder scrolls is fantasy doesn't mean albinism isn't possible.

 I dont understand anything that your saying??? If you really read this book then you would see where it talks about the "nord" and i dont understand how haveing and albino Nord make the author ghetto??

Anyways idk what this has to do with Beth adding werebears??

but anyways I would much like if they added Hircine's spear.

Because he was an Albino Nord...

His hair and skin were completely white (no pigment at all), and with red or powder blue eyes (as would fit with an Albino).

it doesn't matter that this is the Elder Scrolls, the Driver of the Hunt (one of Hircine's Followers) was simply that, an albino Nord.

Why does the Greg Keyes have to be ghetto? Or why is it that because he mentioned one, singular albino character, he's ghetto?

And if that's ghetto, then you've got a very... interesting definition of what "being ghetto" is.

:icecream: I'm with you. Idk how the nord being albino makes the author "ghetto".

Speaking about The Infernal City, it would be cool if we could visit the hunting grounds in a later DLC, even if it has a small role in the story like Soul Cairn(but not as repetitive).

I'd prefer a werehorse I could ride piggyback style across Skyrim. Implement this or you'll lose a customer, Beth.

Spears and were bears would be nice but if the next DLC is in fact called Hearth Fire, I'm hoping that it contains more about magic, the Thalmor and the Daedra and really hoping it allows the prince specific lesser Daedra back.

I WANT WERE-BEARS

Why? It would be no different that being a werewolf in my opinion. Weresharks are what we want. Swimming around in skyrim with a lack of sea creatures to fight is a sad,sad thing.

Can't fight underwater though. Dovakiihn hasn't mastered holding a dagger between his/her teeth and diving into the ocean yet.

With that logic we might as well just have one race. They all play the same and all do the same thing (walk around and are Dovahkiin) the only difference is that they have a few different stats and look a bit different. Werebears aren't going to look anything like Werewolves and last time I check a 1500 lb bear is way different than a 150 pound wolf so I dont see how a Werebear is no different than a Werewolf.

And how would you know Werebear would be like? I highly doubt you work for Bethesda.

Werebears are in the lore and they should've been in Skyrim when the game came out. Also there are Norse sagas that involve men shifting into bears and since the nords are influenced by vikings, it would fit the theme very well.
