Werewolf Perk Tree [merged similar topics]

Well remember there is other human or mer NPCs in this game than the ones that live in the cities there are bandits, forsworn, and mages all over the place.

I am glad you have to advance your character threw feeding because this is a disease a sickness its not a skill your character can learn, and it makes sense you advance threw your primal nature to feed that it will also reward you for playing as a vampire or werewolf. I had no incentive for creating a werewolf before now other than roleplaying reasons now I might just make one a little sooner with Dawnguard

Yeah, I know, but Bethesda already messed up. I think there might be a solution as REL said.

Yeah. Never thought about this.
If that was the case though, I could see Bethesda making it so that once you cure yourself of the Companions Lycanthropy you can't catch the other disease.

Vampires get Gargoyle pets? 0_o Or are you talking about the Vampire Lord's ability to summon them?

It doesn't really make sense for dragon bone weapons to be more powerful than daedric yet dragon plate armor is weaker than daedric armor.

Armor in Skyrim is mostly for looks, it is possible to reach the armor cap with almost all the armor in Skyrim.

Exactly. I'd love to become a Vampire Lord if it meant getting permanent perks through feeding. It seems natural to get stronger the more you feed. :D

So are we going to be using regular level up perks on these trees or something else?

And were are the two located in the skills menu?

From the looks of it, yes, it requires perk points. So characters who are already maxed out in lvl and spent all their perk points need to either start again, or get some assistance from a PC player in using the console and adding perk points to their characters.

You are wrong,You gain perk points by doing other stuff then that. You gain perk points from feeding as a vampire? or just kill enemies as a vampire lord,i dont know. same with werewolves i guess

According to the info from the GameInformer (?) article, the new perk trees won't consume level-up perks, but will instead use special perk points that players earn through using their vampire/werewolf powers. Some evidence of this is also visible in the Gametrailers video.

No. They don't require perks, they require feedings.

You gain perk points by feeding, it was shown in the video that he got a perk point when he bit the guards neck.

Even if you were level 81 and had all level perks spent you could still level these up. :)

I sincerely hope that the Werewolf Perk Tree has more (and maybe better perks) than the Vampire Lord's Perk Tree. As it stands we know the following:

Vampire Lords can:
Fly over water
Summon Gargoyles
Fling people over buildings
Transform into bats to dodge and evade
Transform at will
End transformation at will
Blend seamlessly unless transformed
Can use melee or magic based attacks
Don't seem to be terribly disadvantaged by the sunlight

Werewolves can:
Run really fast
Knock people down
Have to feed to increase transformation time
Not end transformation at will
Are melee only (not counting Howls)

Granted, I have no idea what's in their perk tree, but I hope they have something so they at least compare with one another.

81 is the same exact thing as 100

skyrim just has its perks scaled that way.

Werewolves can summon a werewolf companion using the Totem of the Moon.

There are also perks called Animal Vigor and Savage Feeding.
HOPEFULLY Savage Feeding means shortening the awful feeding animation

Or feeding during attack, such as the vampires.

So that you didn't have to wait for them to die to feed. it would make things faster and allow you to stay in wolf form longer.
