None. I don't mind being any race. As long as the race benefits my intended character playstyle.

Altmer. They just dont fit in with my playstyle (no magic). isnt there an issue with helmets on 'beast' races in skyrim?

No Dunmer, Orcs, Bosmer or Altmer

Bosmer= they look too.... bug eyed.

Dunmer= ugly things(IMO) that enslaved the argonians for no good reason.

Orcs= ...I think you know why.

Altmer= I refuse to be even remotely linked to those racist pricks. <--------- Irony

I was the same way, until the "dragon born" storyline. Now it makes more sense to me to play an Argonian. My next character will be an orc. I'm hoping to see some Orc related questlines come up on the workshop.

You could create an Altmer that does not use magic.

I made an Orsimer mage to break that traditional race/stereotypical build and it has been fun.

I an pretty sure the helmuts shrink their faces or something like that.

I never play as a Brteton, Redguard, Khajiit or Argonian.
Strangely enough, I am clueless as to why.

If given a already-made character, I wouldn't mind any race. I just don't play as every race.

I only play Nord, Breton or Imperial.
Funny those are the only races I refuse to play. All 3 are just so damn generic.

Altmer and Argonians.
Everyone else is fine in my book.

Although my views on Argonians is largely changing as I keep getting deeper into the TES novels.

I've only ever seriously played as an Orc, Dunmer and Imperial since Morrowind.

It's not that i'd never play the others it is just that i always play multiple Orc characters and when i do change it's either Imperial or Dunmer. That said, i cannot take the Bosmer seriously after the adoring fan.

I love the look of the Argonians in Skyrim and think that will be my next character.

I used to play only Dunmer and Bretons, the rest either didnt appeal to me (Nord/Imperial/Redguard/Orc/Bosmer) or I could never make a good look with them (Khajiit/Argonian).

Now since Skyrim, beastraces and Nords can be made to look so frickin good, I play with more variations of races.
Still cant get myself to play bosmer/Imperial/Redguard because I just dont have any feeling of interest in them and orcs are - even though well made now - just plain ugly.

Looks are half the reason i pick a race.

Altmer. They just dont fit in with my playstyle (no magic).

My Altmer warrior uses very little magic (muffle, restore health). 100 two handed, 93 archery, 97 heavy armor, 100 smithing. I also set his weight to the max so he's taller AND bigger than anyone else in the game. You definitely don't have to use copius magic just because you play a High Elf.

As far as the races I have no interest in playing - Redguard, possibly Argonian. I'd consider all the others.
