What do you do after a kill? If anything

Post » Thu Jun 14, 2012 3:29 am

This thread is for Assassin's. Do you have a calling card you leave after every kill? Are you known across the hold by a name no one dares speak?

One Assassin i have is now known as Nightshade as he leaves a Nightshade flower after every kill. He travel's with his companion Deathbell who was originally a Morag Tong Assassin.

Do you do anything after you kill your targets?

Go through their pockets for loose gold coins so it looks like a robbery and not a skilled, paid assassination to throw the city guards off the trail.

[sarcasm] Yes despite the fact that there are no phones in Skyrim I have a calling card.[/sacasm]
I kid, I kid. :-P I know what you mean although I've never really been an assasin before. Sounds interesting though.

After the kill, not much. But before a kill... plenty. He's a bit sadistic and likes the anguish of his victims.

A trail of blood and death.

My assassin (if you can call him that) is pretty messed up, once Nazeem insulted and mocked him, so he murdered his wife and left her half naked, covered in blood in the Drunken Huntsman.

He knows.

On my Assassin? Actually... yes!

A single ebony/Daedric arrow through the chest/head. Even If I've had to shoot the corpse afterward.

I dance a jig in the moonlight on the patio of my home in Solitude. No really, it all depends on who it was, and where it happened. If there is running water nearby, I will dump the body. If it is a place where children frequent, I will leave the body there, because I like hearing their exclamations.

Depends on the mark. Most of my assassinations from the DB I'll use my Fus to mess up the interior of the house to make it look like a break in gone bad. If it's a Thalmor Justicar party, I'll strip them bare, leave them lined up in the middle of the road with an elven (to add insult to injury) arrow protruding from their necks. If it's just a routine kill, I'll clean up any evidence I was there and chalk it up to.... "natural causes" ... "Why... no Mr. Guard. I didn't slice him open. That's normal. Haven't you heard? It's a new disease. If I were you, I'd stay away!" :D

Depends what mood I'm in.
If they catch me on a good day, I'll leave my nicest flower ??
If it's a bad day, I'll leave their corpse in a degrading position..

Calling cards predate telephones by at least a hundred years.

Loot the body, walk away and leave the body to rot. There's really nothing more to it, my character kills because he likes to kill, he's not into calling cards...unless you count the fact that every single one of them was killed (murdered) with the very same battleaxe. It has a soul trap enchantment on it, and now that I've found a paralyze sword and disenchanted it, I'll have to upgrade to soul trap + paralyze battleaxe (most likely ebony, possibly Daedric).

My assassin character leaves either a red, blue or purple mountain flower on their body depending on how they were killed.

Red - dagger across the throat
Blue - posioned
Purple - by bow

Edit: Not so much a calling card for the mortal plane but rather for those in Sovngarde.

When doing freelance kills (either in the DB or outside of it) my assassin leaves a deathbell next to them, and makes a point to not take anything material goods.

I do this often with Fus. It makes me feel like Paul Moad'Dib when he kills Feyd Rautha.
