I use the console to dress the men up in handsome jackets and the women up in beautiful dresses and hold my own makeshift weddings. My parents taught me that just because people are dead doesn't mean they shouldn't find companionship, and being together is what defines family.

I like to dump them in the river and watch them float away..what do you guys do?

Same here while waving bye bye..bye bye.

I throw them off bridges and mountains.
I toss them onto dungeon traps to set them off or just to enjoy the view.
If they were extra obnoxious while alive i'll take their clothes off and leave them in the snow with their clothes laying right next to them.
I'll conjure up their corpses to kill their friends and family.
I'll grab them by the neck and see if it makes a snapping sound and feel slightly sad of never hearing a sound.
I make sure not to take their gold if all they have is one septim so they can pay off tbe ferry man who will take them across the river styx...perhaps.
I'll give them a good whack or two across the head if they died in a kneeling position.

If say.. a dragon kills a smith in (Riverwood), I'd lay his body right in front of his door. Bow down and begin my prayer before taking off.

BUT!

If it's a thief I kill in Riften (when the guards are also attacking those thieves), I drag their body over to the water and dump them like trash. It's fun. I swear with dagger animations in the back of people running away--I start shouting "Contract lost" (like I was in Assassin's Creed multiplayer online) XD

I look at them sadly and wish I could pop off their limbs like in Fallout.

Two Necros are walking by a morgue and one says to the other "Hey, wanna stop in for a cold one?"

What do I do with dead bodies? Are you familiar with Arondil? My character has issues he's dealing with in his own unique way.

Well obviously my necromancer treats them with Ice Wraith essence. Haven't you visited that Dark Elf in Riften? She guarantees the freshest "meat" in all of Skyrim.

And the other one replies "I could go with a good stiff one myself".

I meet enough dead people to avoid the nessesity to preserve them.

"Hey, do you want a briast or a thigh for dinner?"

Besides, it's more of a treat. I like venison stew more anyway. At least in F1 we had Iguana-on-a-stick and strange meat pies in F3. In Skyrim there is no way to cook'em. They pop when I fry them with fireballs.

Pose them in awkward compromised positions.
Fixed that for ya...

It depends. My Assassins drag each body that is silently killed, into that shadows. If said assassin is a Vamp, which they usually are, then the cannibalistic feeding starts. Sometimes I will throw them off of high places, to watch them ragdoll down the side.

My Necro, which is also usually a Vamp, collects as many as possible. That is as many as can be found that does NOT reset to their original cell or just vanish completely. I then set then up through out the house as...guests. Or If I RP a Hugh Hef Necro type, they are all female, all in their undies and all over the place.

After looting, I make sure to pick up any loose armor or weapons (even arrows) and store them on the body. If the body's in a cave or dungeon, I leave them where they lie. On a road away from water, I drag them under a tree or onto a rock or something, since I wouldn't want somebody to trip over it in the dark. Otherwise, into the water they go!

Npc's I've killed
Assassins, Thalmor: dump 'em in the water, so nobody finds out I killed them.
Normal enemies: drag their bodies to some dark places, so nobody will immediately find them (if they've got companions). Otherwise I just leave 'em be. The wild animals have fresh food again.

Dead npc's
Those who've been dead for a good while: I leave them be, unless there's something special about their deaths, then I lay a flower on the body.
Those who've been killed while fighting with me: I lay his/her body nicely against a rock, place Nord mead at his/her right hand and a flower on his/her body. I make sure to leave the npc's weapon(s) with them, to fight in Sovngarde. ^^
