Depending on how busy we are at work, I sometimes end up working through it. Sometimes I decide not to have one (apart from just getting a bite to eat) if I feel I've procrastinated too much during the day. The rest of the time I spend either on here on modding as I get precious little time for that.

Luckily my office is right next to a sizeable park (big square of grass with a few trees in it). I put my headphones on and take a brisk walk around there to get some fresh air, exercise and sunshine. If there's time, I might pop into one of the shops that is just the other side of it - I'm a real window shopper, always looking, rarely buying. Then I go back and grab a sandwich or jacket potato from the canteen and take it back to my desk to eat.

I go home and make some lunch. It only take me 6-7 minutes to walk between my home and my work.

I'd like to say that you are living my dream!

Working here at geek quad city I play super smash bro or sit in the massage chair on forums from my phone.

When I have duty at fort knox lunch I like an hour and a half at the office and I take a nap and still have plenty of time to eat.

30 min is damn too short for eating sane and correct food. If I really have only 30 min, I will prefer to just jump the lunch. Else, whether my boss and/or company likes it or not, I take 1 h to have a correct lunch with friends in a restaurant, have fun etc...

Eat, have a mug of tea and talk with whoever's currently in the factory. I normally end up only taking 10 minutes, despite the fact that I get like 45 minutes paid. Except on Fridays. Then I walk down to quite possibly the greasiest cafe in existence, get a burger the size of a small cow and eat it back at the factory.

A sip from my canteen and a simple sandwich. I'm my job there are no lunch hours, you can take as many breaks as you like as long as the job gets done, so my breaks last only some 5 minutes.

I cut my lunch down to ten minutes why, because its all I need to eat a chicken, bacon and cheese roll  but I spend nearly 50% of my work time on these forums since no one gives me work because their all too busy breaking programs <_<. I use facebook as well but thats a touch-N-go thing since its almost frowned upon

I just take cigarette breaks throughout my shift instead of a full break where I eat and stuff.
