Calgary, Alberta.

Somewhat like 1.1 million people or something.

Looks like a nice city. I always wanted to visit or even move to Canada.

Well let's see, I live in the northern Hemisphere.
I live in Norway is a City called Bod?, it's fairly small (about 50000 inhabitants within the city and the areas around it). But considering that the country only has about 5000000 inhabitants it's a decent sized town I suppose, it's the biggest one in the area at least.
Where to live: I prefer to live in a place where I can be surrounded by nature, but not to far away from a town, I guess the area I live in is pretty perfect in that case.
If I should change anyting I would probably move to another city, all the good stores have shut down in this one, and live in a house instead of an appartment, but that's about it really.

Oh, and the air has to be nice.

<------- Says where I live under my name. Me and 1.5million other souls. Looks like http://sla2011.sla-phl.org/files/2010/11/skyline.jpg.

I live in southern New Jersey, in a smallish town I guess you could call it, a half an hour from Atlantic City. That's the US if your not to sharp on your geography. I enjoy it here, it's mostly residential with some smaller stores although they've been trying to get a Super Wal-Mart in. For any major shopping though you have to take a short 20 minute drive to the next town. If you enjoy nature it's a nice place for that as well. Then there's the beach and and all of the stores and tourist attractions that come with it about 20 minutes away.

You live in. . .Vineland. No. . .Hamilton. No. . .Millville. . . hehe

I'm from Sacramento, CA but currently going to school in San Luis Obispo.

There are some fantastic hot springs in SLO. And Solvang has some pretty good food.

You should move over here! I'm only a 10 minute drive away from Trondheim and I live in a area with around 6000 inhabitants and nature everywhere. Also I'm surrounded by fjords and that looks nice, especially in the winter. :chaos:

SPPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCEEEEE

Sorry, just finished that game. I have an ungodly amount of games in my backlog.

I'm in Alaska. Mat-Su valley to be a little less vague. I love it here. Snowboarding almost all the time, summers are just the right temperature. The view is absolutely astounding, any way I turn I see pretty mountains on all sides.
You'd have to by me dinner first to get a more specific answer though.
Wassilla? I'm a hop skip and a jump up the Parks from you. Let me know if you ever travel the parks to Fairbanks and I'll buy you lunch or dinner at the Clear Sky Lodge and we can talk forum.

What hemisphere are you in? Northern

What country? Poland

What city? Warsaw

Do you live in a small, medium, or large city? It's a large city, largest in my country, with over 1,7 million citizens. It's also a capital city.

Do you prefer the hustle and bustle, or do you prefer the quiet countryside? Something in between perhaps? A nice suburb? I like living in a big city because I have acces to everyting - shops, cinemas, parks, ther's an airport and a subway line. But I also like visiting countryside form time to time, where I cans breat the clean air and see stars druing the night.

South hemisphere, in a state located in the extreme south of Brazil in a middle sized city. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S?o_Leopoldo
This place is a gaming hell, it usually takes 2 weeks for me to get my hands on a new release, for 150% of the price an american would pay for. Sony started to support this country only in mid 2011.

I 3> Chicago. My most frequently visited place. Many of my college mates live there and my son lives not far from there. Just reading your post made me want some Gino's pizza and a gyro. I may have to go there this year for a visit.
:foodndrink:

Now I want a gyro.

What hemisphere are you in? Northern or Western, depends on perspective.

What country? USA

What city? Pittsburgh, PA area

Do you live in a small, medium, or large city? I guess it would be considered medium. There is an airport, hospital, stadium, and a racetrack.

Do you prefer the hustle and bustle, or do you prefer the quiet countryside? Something in between perhaps? A nice suburb? Something in between I guess. A nice bit of land with a house that isn't too far from civilization is perfect. I lived in Pittsburgh and West Palm Beach, FL and it was either too noisy or crime ridden for my liking. Also lived in the boonies where I had no running water (spring house for water) and you have more bears than people for neighbors.

If you could change it, and be anywhere, what would you do? I don't think I would really change location. Love it here. Crime rate isn't high, nice tight-knit community where everyone knows everyone, and the cost of living is a lot lower than other places in the country. Could be warmer in the winter I guess.

What hemisphere are you in? What country? What city? Southern, New Zealand. I live about an hours drive north of the capital in between what is generally considered two of the most boring towns in New Zealand.
Do you live in a small, medium, or large city? Small, 4,000 people on a good day.
Do you prefer the hustle and bustle, or do you prefer the quiet countryside? Something in between perhaps? A nice suburb? I'd like to live in the country, but not to far from a small city that still manages to be exciting.
Sweden seems nice...

What hemisphere are you in? Northern Hemisphere.
What country? England.
What city? Small, medium, or large city? I live in a small-ish village not too far from Evesham, Worcestershire (a town of about 22,000 people).
Do you prefer the hustle and bustle, or do you prefer the quiet countryside? Something in between perhaps? A nice suburb? I've spent most of my life living in the countryside, so I generally prefer it, particularly the peace, quiet and lower crime rates that goes along with it. That said, now I am older, more social and at an age where I want to start upon some sort of successful career, the relative lack of opportunities and increased travel costs are quickly changing my opinion; there is a reason why many younger locals refer to the town as "the 'sham" in private conversation.

Southern hemisphere, Australia, Hobart. Not from around here though.

Do you live in a small, medium, or large city?
It's the biggest city in the state, but it's fairly small compared to other Australian cities, as well as the cities I've lived in up till now.

Do you prefer the hustle and bustle, or do you prefer the quiet countryside? Something in between perhaps? A nice suburb?
I like big cities. I've lived in big, primate cities almost my whole life, so I'm very fond of big cities. There's generally public transportation, good places to eat and hang out, and good Internet. Who needs more?

If you could change it, and be anywhere, what would you do?
I want to live in a big US city at one point. New York, but I wouldn't mind LA.

What hemisphere are you in? What country? What city?
Northern, Scotland.

Do you live in a small, medium, or large city?
Largest one in the country.

Do you prefer the hustle and bustle, or do you prefer the quiet countryside? Something in between perhaps? A nice suburb?
Don't mind either, the city centre is obviously busy but I'm not phased by it. Same goes for the out of town areas, my local area is nice though the scheme is surrounded by less than attractive schemes, the place is peaceful at times with a few kids playing and the views are great from either side - looking out onto the Campsie hills and on the other out onto a Loch (misty most mornings).

If you could change it, and be anywhere, what would you do?
Change my area? Are you mad? Do you know how many junkies/alkies would need cleaned or 'taken care of'? Too many!
Heck I'll just move to some Asian country with beautiful mountains and views. Maybe move to Canada or some other snowy place to go snowboarding.
