Tullius is just naive on Nord traditions. He's new to Skyrim. What you'd expect from someone who spends all of his time around Imperial solders in Cyrodil before Skyrim. And sometimes, Im actually inclined to agree with him. I think a Nord's sense of honor, while important for characters, borders on the ridiculous.

I dislike him, and the legion for many reasons. One for being to try and kill the main character for no reason..... =S

Yup after awhile he annoyed me so much I simply killed him trapped him in a soul stone and put that soul stone in the blood pool of molag bal's shrine.

Since my first playthrough I've always been annoyed and a bit creeped out by Belethor.

Things like his I'll buy and sell relatives "joke", and "I'll make you the best deal or diiiiieeee trying"

That guy is a creep.

I can't believe all the hate for Cicero in this thread. :shakehead:

I think a lot of the annoying NPC's in Skyrim wouldn't be so bad if they just had a bit more variety in their dialogue. I have hate festering in me for about 90% of Whiterun's citizens just because they say the same thing every time I get too close to them. Braith, Sigurd, Belethor, Farengar, Nazeem, etc. ugh :swear:
