Why did you marry your wife?

Post » Sun Jun 24, 2012 3:27 pm

I don't have a wife because my character is not gay.

I did however marry Sondas Drenim because he's a Dunmer and has a sixy accent.

I married Jordis the house carl from Proudspire Manor because...

1. I wanted a blonde
2. She doesn't have war paint
3. I like her voice... Its calming
4. She's probably (IMO) the most attractive NPC in the game.
5. She's nice (No smack talk like a few other companions).
6. She came with my favorite house
I am very picky as you can see.

Her cloth is not that white...I don't think. She has the sultry voice of Eola. I dig that right off. Then she is kind of flirty with PC and she easy on the eyes. She kind of reminds me of a bad girl gone good...or at least she's trying to but her loving lusty side comes out. I guess that is a requirement to be a Priestess of the Love God, to start with..huh?

I also favor the sarcastic jabs about the Home Cooked Meals. It's kind of a playfully fun sarcasm. Unlike that obnoxious, thorn-in-the-side burden caring witch, Lydia.
Yeah, I can see her having gone to the temple after having a darker past. I'm sure flirty isn't a requirement for Dibella's priestesses, but it's one of the few temples where that's perfectly normal for a priestess :P. I think she brings a lot more emotiomy into the life of my sometimes too-serious Paladin. He'd be fine with whatever is in her past too, his main patron is Stendarr, god of compassion, mercy, and redemption. I think they make a pretty good pair overall.

Even though I regret what you have to do in order to unlock her marriage option - Muiri.

She's the best looking female npc that's eligible to marry. (Though I wish Lisette was eligible. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Lisette)

And second, she's definitely crazy as hell. I love crazy women.

Sapphire has so much potential. She'd be a great marriage option.

With the current face / hair / body mods I'm running Camilla is stunning. And as I've already taken care of both twits I'm not having second thoughts about it. The only good thing about this game are the mods. Isn't that sad to anyone else?

Nope. Because I could spend hours typing out a list of the good things in Skyrim, and that list wouldn't include anything even remotely related to mods.

Why did you marry your wife?
Because she had her own (nice) house in Whiterun and i was poor at the time and couldn't afford my own house.
Turns out, she's never home anyways. Spends all day at the local watering hole. So now i got myself a nice house for free. In fact, she even pays me money every day to keep the fire going.
