As for the marriage problem, what they should of done is make only about a dozen npcs mariageable, but make the really interesting or unique. Also, to woo them, you should do more than just one simple task for them.
One thing they should have done is fairly represent all ten playable races, providing at least one NPC for each gender for each race. As it is right now, some races like High Elves and I think Redguards only have one option (meaning only one gender is actually represented), and others like the Wood Elves and Khajiit are not represented at all. Fortunately, they could easily fix this problem with DLC. Also, if they include the ability to adopt children in DLC, it would be nice if they could add Elven (which includes Orcs BTW) and beast race children to the game. After all, it would be kind of odd from a lore point of view for Elven or beast race couples to be adopting human children, though
Spoiler
Brand-Shei is a Dark Elf raised by Argonians so just about anything is possible in the lore in terms of racial relations.
Not to say there's anything wrong with a diverse family of course, but I'm just picturing the possibilities of High Elves raising Nord children, and Argonians raising Imperial children, which I don't know if I would use the word "funny," but interesting because of the lore between the typical relations of some of these races.

I have a feeling you could heavily clean up the text above for punchier effect and still deliver the message, Again, you're taking up too much text pointing out what they're probably painfully aware as of now. Address the solutions, the big leaps or baby steps you would take to mitigate or completely solve the problem. Don't waste their time elaborating on the current state of affairs, as that will probably lead to them coming to a full stop on their reading. Remember, in what ways other than plain dialogue could the gameworld acknowledge your newly earned position? That is the question you need to answer.

Absolutely this... elaborating on solutions will lend them more likely to read your actual thoughts. I am 99% sure they're quite aware of the short-comings and limitations the game offers, and they probably get a ton of dramatic hate-mail already.

You want to set yourself apart---you want to entice the reader into actually *envisioning* your ideas; I have no doubt if after the first negative sentence or header is read, your letter will most likely end up in the trashcan.

If you didn't anticipate having to offer solutions rather than personal dislikes you hold towards the game, your opinions are probably better off being limited to these forums.

If you DO, however, have some awesome ideas, I applaud your efforts and wish you the best of luck.

THANK YOU! Some actual help as opposed to stating it's a bad idea.
And the Fist part is almost done.

Well, I guess if the fist part is done, there's not much else to say...
