The poll question is fairly self-explanatory I think. Greatest benefit of running on a game console is the much lower hardware cost, while the greatest benefit of running on a PC is mods and community support. If you fall into the "And I wish I hadn't" category, please specify why you feel this way.

Console, would get it on PC but I'm pretty sure my laptop wouldn't run it too well.

Im on a console and i'm happy. if i had a PC i would be happy too.
To be perfectly honest, i have always intended to get a PC and MOD fallout, but its one of those things that im saving, Treating myself for when i'm in a new apartment, and with a sustainable job.

PC very glad for many reasons but it's still the only choice for me, but I think nowdays having another system is a good thing as markets change and problems occour on one and not the other in a lot of cases.

Depends on your specs. I have no major problems running FO:NV on high settings on my laptop, except a few minor glitches and an occasional CTD but I can live with that. Even though I love my PS3 console, I learned rather quick that these games are best played on PC.

I own 2 copies. One, mine for PC, and the other, I bought for my friend/roommate for the PS3. We're both happy. We've both had very few issues.

I own a 360, but there is no sense buying it for that when I have my TV hooked up to my good gaming PC with a wireless 360 controller receiver. Basically turning it into a "super xbox". When it gets cold enough this winter and I start hiding under the blankets I may just do that.(No heat in my unfinished attic dwelling. :cold:)

I play on a PC and am happy with my choice. I have an xbox but continue to be pretty inept with a controller.

I have the game on pc and XBox. My pc game has given very little trouble, just a couple of CTDs and very few glitches/bugs - nothing game breaking, so I am more than happy.

I haven't tried the XBox version yet but I can hang on for the patch when it comes.

I was hoping for something like: on a PC, and are an happy because I have access to mods and saved $10.

But, the third choice is close enough.

Have 170 hours according to Steam, and I've had no issues. Maybe five crashes but no major, game breaking bugs.

360, but wish I had it on PC - mods sound great. But unfortunately, I'm only "borrowing" this Mac I'm on (i.e. keeping my fella's on a very long term basis) and won't be able to buy my own PC for a while

Funny how there are no people wishing they had it on a console.

I have an xbox and am happy with my game. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a PC capable of playing this game, and the mods to improve it, but it's just not an option at the moment. And despite the difficulty of aiming, I like using the control pad. I'm not actually sure how 'easy' it is to aim, and turn around fast, with a mouse, but the slight difficulty adds to the realism for me, not to mention it gets easier with practice.

The worst glitches I experienced had to be quest-breaking ones. Other than 2 or 3 of those, other glitches weren't serious at all. No lost saves, only 5 crashes or so in 100 hours.

I'm on the PC. I picked the PC rather than getting it for my console because of the mods and the fact that Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are relatively the same in terms of the engine. I transferred most of my high res texture files to my New Vegas folder, tweaked the ini files and make small mods to better suit my playing experience.

Whenever I run into a bug, you can bet I can work around it.

You can use a 360 controller with the PC version with little to no trouble.

Just saying.

PC and more than happy with my choice, currently there is no incentive to get a console, though RDR did give me pause for thought, but no, I'll stay with pc and the mods.

Should I try it with Fallout 3 first?

I am playing the game on a 360, and I am happy with it (not my choice, I had no say in the matter).

...that's not to say I won't be getting it on my PC at some point, I do enjoy modding ;D

i am currently playing on a ps3 and although i havent had any game breaking issues. (it hasnt even frozen yet, and i have had it since release)

i still want it on the PC.

Pros- Better Graphics, MODS, more stable, MODS, gets patches earlier and MODS



Cons- Cant bring it over to a friends house. (thats the only real disadvantage)
