So who's your Favorite and why, is it killing skills, just need a buddy to talk to, do you get scared out in the wasteland by your self or do you guys just look good walking around?

And who's your dream team? what 2 companions do you use the most? or just 1 or are you that lone wolf and get you butt kicked all by your self?

Me its been my boy boone thats it! We been causing a ruckus around the wasteland.

I've only had Raul and ED-E.
And I can say that it isn't ED-E at least.
Can't say anything though since I haven't tried the rest yet.

I like Lily because she's [censored] hilarious. But I use Boone more for the Spotter perk.

Kinda wish they had made the game more like 1 and 2 where the limit to companions following you at a time isn't always 1 but based on CHA. Suppose, however, it's like the way it is for balance. Boone's pretty much a 1 man killing machine throughout much of the game.

I haven't had all of them yet but so far lily and veronica are the best. Both funny and great at killing anything that moves =D

ED-E is the only one i don't have to worry about get'n lost.

Cass. She seems like the kind of person you'd BS with around a campfire.

Boone is a cold blood killer. He kills every thing i don't even see from like a mile away. I hear him say something then BOOM! gun shot and i get XP out of no where.

My favourite is Veronica, because Felicia Day (that's enough explanation, right? ). I'm currently using her and ED-E. Definitely want to give Lily a try though, because she sounds awesome.

lily because she has the best perk.

Rose of Sharon Cassidy is my favourite, as she should be for everyone.
Pretty, funny and sweet. And a nice outfit, save the hat. I like to let ED-E join the party, he's amusing with his battle music and doesn't bark all the time.

However! The thing I'm looking forward to the most is the moment when some genius or lucky bastard finds a way to keep multiple companions. I really can't believe so many people liked these bugs in FO3 yet Obsidian restricted the amount of companions to one human and one non-humanoid. Lots of nice combinations. Cass + Veronica for a sixy team, Boone + Lily for a wrecking ball or Raul + Lily + Rex for a real traveling freak show.

lily i dont use her perk not all that useful to my guy at this point. maybe on a few quest i think shes good.

So far I have only had Boone and that dammed dog. The dog is kenneled with Old Lady Gibson and I only take Boone where his killer instincts will be of value. I much prefer to do things on my own.

WHAT REX is awsome lol. I think i would like him better if he just did nothing! and just folled you around looking cool. Or beadle to mod him put like 2 SMG's on the side of him.

People seem to love their bromance with Boone. I thought he was flat, miserable and suicidal myself. I like Arcade and Veronica myself.

i like him because he gets the job done

I use Boone for the red tint of the enemies and Ed-E just so I can have a second. (I've not found Rex yet, but I'll probably stick with Ed. I get tired of shooting companions when they run in front of the bullet I've already fired )

My favorite so far is Boone. I've only been with Boone, Rex, and Cassidy, so I can't really say who is the most useless, but I'm more inclined to use Boone or Cassidy over Rex.

Ehhhh, Boone just seems to generica and 'Im a gung ho male with a troubled past' cliche. I enjoy Rex and Arcade out of all of them.

Boone is. Even with 3 charisma, he is one shot killing every remotely weak enemy in the game. Strong enemies don't stand much of a chance against him either.

I'm on very hard, hardcoe, and the game is way too easy with Boone. It didn't help I made a sniper character. Between the two of us, if we get the drop on a mob, we can wipe them out before they get anywhere near us. Even when he stupidly whips out a melee weapon I'm making him carry because he's also my pack mule, he still crushes our enemies.

Before people tell me that I'm complaining about the game being too easy when all I have to do is get rid of Boone, my response is simple. At level 10, he's still the only companion I've managed to find. I don't want to read spoilers on my first playthrough, so I haven't cheated to find out where the others are. And I need a pack mule with 2 Str and hardcoe mode on. Plus, even when I find a new companion I might keep him. The roleplaying opportunity is too good to pass up. I found a spotter with even more hatred for the Legion than I have.

Tough one, I haven't picked up Veronica or Raul yet so I can't comment on them. Here's how I see it though.

Boone is definitely best to have in a fight, but I've been having a lot more fun with Cass and Arcade lately. I think Cass gets the edge but it's a close one.

Rex... :shakehead: I keep him around to store weapons and ammo on, and that's about it. He is so useless. He seems to drop so easily despite his ~500 hp. He blocks shots, he blocks doors. Occasionally he'll come in useful but overall he is the most useless. But he's a doggy, so it's all good :vaultboy:

I like those that use range weapons seen as melee folk keep runing into deathclaws getting destroyed when I had med X and a super stimpack ready for use.

Its between Raul and Boone for me but thats only because there the only two ranged companions I know and the others Havent found

I use Boone which is pretty good sharpshooter and goes great along with close and far combat.
I think everyone is useful, in their on way

Boone and ED-E are my favorite team. Enemies appear at a further distance and Boone allows me me to see them. Great team
